My kids love the milkshakes, the iced chai is delicious, the 7 energy’s are super refreshing. They have endless delicious combinations of flavors, including sugar free!!! They also have a secret menu that you can find and order from. They have free swag all the time, and not cheap crappy stuff either. Coasters, brewsies, t-shirts, free drinks, & stickers! “Wow, a 10/10 experience at the Smoothie King in downtown New Orleans! I had to share my experience. I was so impressed with the exceptional service we received from Gavin and manager Kelley.
When we placed our order, we had several dietary restrictions and allergies that made it a bit complicated. Gavin was so incredibly patient and careful, making sure to note every detail and prepare our order with the utmost precision. Honestly, I'm pretty sure he took more notes than I did in my college chemistry class, which I really appreciated!
After we ordered, we went outside to wait, expecting a bit of a delay due to the special preparation. To our surprise, a few minutes later, Kelley came out and found us to personally deliver our smoothies! She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and we didn't have to wait around.

“When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.“

“What a lovely and random find! We decided to stop in while exploring and running errands. The name reflects the food and the welcome. It certainly is a place to find a bit of Mana from heaven, elevating your mood and day. The owner and chef is an authentically, welcoming, light filled person.

We had the fresh juice (strawberry and orange) and the waffles with blue berries, eggs with onions and turkey sausage. Everything was phenomenal and just the right portions! The eggs were perfect! The portions were just right so you are satisfied but not over stuffed. Everything was fresh and you could taste it and your body feels it. Berries and fruit. I did not even need syrup. The hot butter was the perfect addition.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mana Bakery Cafe. It really must be made with love, as she said.“

“The staff at this location were nothing short of amazing! Everyone were incredibly kind and helpful despite having a long line. Luckily they worked quickly and were incredibly professional and patient. After receiving my frozen lemonade I witnessed a woman yelling at the kind employee and being incredibly disrespectful which resulted in the customers husband pulling her away. It was just terrible the customer actions were deplorable and I feel embarrassed for her husband and children that were with her but the staff, two young boys and the manager an energetic a sweet black lady name Tasha I believe handled it very professionally and were still kind to all of the following customers. “Me and my mom tried this place for the first time last week and the food was very good 🤤. I had the shrimp platter which came with jumbo shrimp and plenty of fries. My mama also had the same thing and we both enjoyed it. Prices are very reasonable so if you're looking for something affordable and good to eat I highly recommend Louie's Kitchen 💯“
