“So I went it on 9/11/24 and they were backed up with a woman being unreasonable and rude ordering off a picture some tik tok made item and was rude the entire time the staff held it togather wonderfully and still provided excellent service and the food was delicious“

“Did an online order to use a coupon in the store at 7:45. Didn’t leave until 8:30. They watched me sit in there and wait that whole time and didn’t grab the ticket once and cleared two separate lines that formed before even thinking of the online order. Then they finally grab it and literally I gave word for word instructions and they made both sandwiches completely opposite to what was on the paper. The sandwich was soggy, not even cut and disgusting. The workers were moving in slow motion as if peoples time didn’t matter. This was on 3/6 incase the manager wants to speak with them. The guy seemed stoned and incompetent. In addition they had 2 bread options??? I’ve been here at other times and had a great experience but tonight was rough. I’ll give it 4 stars because of the other times but this individual day was a 1 star for sure.“
