I don’t know what’s the deal, but this is about the 3rd time (I’m being generous) you guys said you didn’t have my online order. The food is not as good as it used to be either…..your menu is not cheap, so I expect for your presentation be better! Speed of service has also gotten ridiculous!!
Service is consistently below average here.
Not only did they forget my nuggets during my last visit but I was very disappointed to learn that this location does not honor the free chicken minis or chicken sandwich on National Teacher Appreciation Day. This is my 16th year in the classroom and I’ve eaten a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich on this day for the past 10 years.
