We eat here weekly, and it never disappoints. The staff is top notch, always friendly and professional. Damon is an excellent manager and always welcomes us with a smile. The food and drinks are great.
Everything here is amazing however these are my absolute favorite. For an appetizer, WARM MOZZARELLA!!! I usually get it with the steak. They just added this dessert to the menu. South African Malva cake with ice cream. Delicious!!!

This to me is the North Bossier/Benton spot. Silver Star North is close to the house and always has a great vibe. The staff is absolutely amazing and all of the bartenders are rock stars @lyni @kristal @jessie @reanna. Since they combined Silver Star Cantina with this location, it's broad menu will never disappoint! Say hey to the General Manager too, Damon. Very good guy and will always accommodate!
