Two different times we have gotten very poor quality meat when ordering the chopped or sliced brisket to go! The last time we went inside to eat, the brisket had huge chunks of fat. This time with a to go order the meat contained so much fat it was not good at all! the dogs enjoyed it though. For the price you pay for this Brisket it shouldn't be 50% or more fat!
Food, service, drinks, and atmosphere was incredible. My wife and I really enjoyed it and will definitely be going back.
Silverstar offers the best steaks in town, no matter which location you choose. North offers Chips and Queso that are delicious! Have a Duke or a Dolly and enjoy some amazing food! Service was excellent.
