“My family and I visited relatives in Luling, LA, and found this little gem! Black owned, professional service with great food! Owner Jae is amazing! Customer service is top notch and it’s so appreciated! We wanted a home cooked meal as we were so tired of the regular restaurant food from on the road traveling! Everything was really good! We had baked chicken, baked fish, smothered pork chops, delicious green beans, potato salad, Mac n cheese, and only God knows what else!😍“

“This location was very professional. The manager was very professional, and the speed of making sure that the drive thru orders was delivered to the customer in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have gone to the Boutte/ Luling in St. Charles Parish. The employee at the drive thru did her part by assisting her crew with getting the backup orders correctly by remembering what order went with which car. “Our family of 14 stopped in for a late breakfast and as soon as we entered the establishment, we were greeted by Shelly. It was hot when we walked in & I mentioned it, and Shelley assured me that it would cool off soon because she had just readjusted everything. She then engaged conversation with my daughter(4) & asked her if she wanted her to make a special pancake. We were unaware that she would serve us as we had been told once we were seated that we would have a different server. Shelly’s personality & customer service was IMPECCABLE!!! My daughter got her pancake(AMAZING) & by the time we were paying, we felt as though she was a family friend. She was warm, compassionate, & dedicated. We not once had to ask for a refill & the food was delicious. We are visiting from Texas & Shelly even gave us some hotspots to hit while we vacation. Shelly deserves a raise!!! lol“

“So overall I love the food here. Never had a problem until today (unfortunately today was the wrong day to set me off). There are 2 condiments/toppings I can not stand and will ruin anything I eat because you can’t just wipe it off and that Sour cream and MUSTARD!!!!! I can not figure out how “Mayo, Lettuce and Ketchup ONLY” translates to MUSTARD, Lettuce and Ketchup!!!! The words Mustard and Mayo don’t even begin to sound the same except for the M. And it wasn’t a little mustard. The bun was SOAKED with it. Call them and wanted me to come back in so they could remake it while the rest of my family’s can eat theirs. I’m glad they didn’t put it on my 6yrs olds burger!!!!“
