“Let me tell you about the amazing service we received at Jeaux Biffs! I called a few weeks ago and asked to reserve a spot for us to throw a birthday party and I’m so glad I did! On Saturday we celebrated and had the best experience I’ve had in a long time, it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we contacted them to reserve tables for our party of 25, the owner and his wife were incredibly accommodating and sweet. They answered all my questions and they even allowed us to come in early to decorate, which made the celebration even more special. When we arrived I had a nice chat with owner and he helped us set up for the party and showed us some of the art work his daughters had made (they have some really beautiful art pieces!) while we waited for the guests to arrive. Once everyone got settled we ordered and they had amazing turn around times for the amount of food we ordered! There were a lot of us all at once and they still managed to get us all our food hot and fresh. The food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was served to perfection, with flavors that left us all raving. From frogs legs and burgers, to fried okra and oysters there wasn’t a single complaint among us as we all enjoyed our meal. My mom absolutely raved over the tomatoes on her sandwich as they were so big and juicy. I honestly can’t make one single complaint! The service we received was attentive and warm, making us all feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our celebration. Jeaux Biff’s isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where memories are made. We can’t recommend it highly enough!“

“Place was a little overhyped didn’t really have much in it had a small diner but no precooked food so unless u have time to wait better look elsewhere for food. The place was very busy tho maybe there’s something I missed. it happens.“

“I’ve lived in Breaux Bridge for over 20 years but never ate there before today. I got the combination 2 fillets and 6 shrimp. It was Huge. The fish was amazing. I could go just for fish alone. The shrimp was delicious. The coleslaw was perfect. I will definitely be back!“

“I’m in town for 4 weeks. This is week 2 and I have to brag on the wonderful customer service I received every day. This location is my go to everyday for almost 2 weeks now. The employees are very professional and welcoming. The service is fast. Food is always fresh and great. Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service. It really makes a difference especially for us work travelers who have to rely on fast food for a quick bite to eat.“

“First of all It would be nice to talk to a human when I order.The food is always as good as I expect it to be at this location, and the people are always nice enough, i dont expect smiling faces , just that my order be right. I usually take the time to go to this location because the do a good job. All that being said ive noticed that the employees here are starting to follow a local trend of asking you to pull up when no one is behind you, it makes me wonder why..it's like the do not want you to see what they're doing to your food.So, going forward if im asked to pull up or to the door when no one is behind me, I'll just ask for a refund. That window is there for you to wait for and receive your order. I do not like my food being exposed to possible flying particulate matter when theres alot less exposure just handing it through the window.“

“This new store is nice, like a Starbucks but they follow the global least number of employees policy, which is bad.... For example: To order, they stated we must order on lobby ordering computer screens but it was so complicated that it took 15 mins to never figure out how to order, then we called anyone to help and it still was a problem how to get what we wanted as he showed us general screens..... we almost walked out but decided to get anything on the screen and just sit down, too tiring. Also, in Danang store, the ketsup cups are flat and dont hold enough ketsup and are super messy....to solve this I would bring my own bowls or cups.... too complicated“
