“Great Atmosphere...wonderful ambiance..good music..drinks 8/10..Our waiter was not great but I watch others be more attentive to their table. So I won't judge the whole place based on our experience with her. She got the items and tab mixed up, she forgot to put in my order and I got my crab cake but no other food. Salad with no dressing and forgot my drink... I drinks were refilled almost at the end of the meal... she didnt clear the table after our appetizers were served so everyone was literally eating on top of each other bc there was hardly any space. But everything else made up for this“

“In 2025 this is the best service for any fast food in Breaux Bridge. Man these workers never screw up my order and are very accommodating even when I place like two orders and use deals and do weird shit they never give me a hard time.

Food is good too but the staff is literally great. Shout out to the management and the employees and the franchise owner y’all are killin this shit around Breaux Bridge.“

“Not sure if they were just understaffed or just shorthanded the other night but a woman named Candy seemed to be the only person running all of service. There were 2 cars in drivethru and at least 3 parked and she seemed to be taking and packing all of the orders. Despite this, I still got my food super quick with a smile and it was fresh. She is an amazing worker with awesome customer service!! Thank you Candy!“

“First of all It would be nice to talk to a human when I order.The food is always as good as I expect it to be at this location, and the people are always nice enough, i dont expect smiling faces , just that my order be right. I usually take the time to go to this location because the do a good job. All that being said ive noticed that the employees here are starting to follow a local trend of asking you to pull up when no one is behind you, it makes me wonder why..it's like the do not want you to see what they're doing to your food.So, going forward if im asked to pull up or to the door when no one is behind me, I'll just ask for a refund. That window is there for you to wait for and receive your order. I do not like my food being exposed to possible flying particulate matter when theres alot less exposure just handing it through the window.“
