“I took my kids and friend there on yesterday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. After receiving our food, the waitress asked if everything was ok. I informed her that my shrimp was over cooked and was very hard to chew. She said she would inform the manager….we waited 8 minutes and no manager came. We watched him walk back and forth without ever acknowledging me. When the waitress passed back I asked her what did he say, she said oh, he said that how they cook it. Finally after 5 minutes or so he came, saw and said him self that my shrimp was overcooked and that he’ll be back. I waited and waited he never came back. I had the shrimp poboy that had a total of 5 and a half shrimp on it. It was like they took pieces of crust and stuck it between bread. My friend got up and stopped him to ask what’s going on because he never came back. He told her that I couldn’t be accommodated because I ate some it. They were all very unprofessional. I’ll never go back there. That definitely not how you handle business and the customer.“

“Well I was there today around 6:00 pm on Monday June 15 th 2026 . I rarely write reviews for businesses because I usually just ‘ vote with my feet ‘ as they say , and just don’t go back to those establishments anymore when it was a problematic event . My visit today to this Popeyes restaurant was Exceptional though , and I am just in Awe and also Floored by the great service and welcoming environment that I received there from the time i walked in to the moment I left . I am a Senior and everything was , Yes Mam , No Mam , thank you Mam , and it left me just beside myself at the friendliness and the efficiency of the whole crew , not to mention the respectfulness of them all . I also think I’m so blown away by it because good customer service has just about gone by the wayside now , ( I experience it a lot ) but not at this establishment , and so I am grateful to have witnessed and received this great customer service today ! “ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“We came early after my son’s graduation. But the staff got straight to us and made sure we were comfortable. We were waited upon with grace and patience. The waitress name was Asia. She was very talkative and conversational. She gave us plenty of attention and personality. We come here as often as we can and the food is always fresh. We got boneless wings and fries with wedges. The boys were waited upon and they were able to really enjoy three food and time. We will visit again for sure.“
