“I took my kids and friend there on yesterday to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. After receiving our food, the waitress asked if everything was ok. I informed her that my shrimp was over cooked and was very hard to chew. She said she would inform the manager….we waited 8 minutes and no manager came. We watched him walk back and forth without ever acknowledging me. When the waitress passed back I asked her what did he say, she said oh, he said that how they cook it. Finally after 5 minutes or so he came, saw and said him self that my shrimp was overcooked and that he’ll be back. I waited and waited he never came back. I had the shrimp poboy that had a total of 5 and a half shrimp on it. It was like they took pieces of crust and stuck it between bread. My friend got up and stopped him to ask what’s going on because he never came back. He told her that I couldn’t be accommodated because I ate some it. They were all very unprofessional. I’ll never go back there. That definitely not how you handle business and the customer.“

“We came early after my son’s graduation. But the staff got straight to us and made sure we were comfortable. We were waited upon with grace and patience. The waitress name was Asia. She was very talkative and conversational. She gave us plenty of attention and personality. We come here as often as we can and the food is always fresh. We got boneless wings and fries with wedges. The boys were waited upon and they were able to really enjoy three food and time. We will visit again for sure.“

“Ordered a 2pc dark with rice dressing (that was definitely not the rice dressing I am use to having, it smelled like jasmine rice, but tasted like ramen noodle juice. It was white with specks of brown in the rice)Chicken was Fresh and well seasoned.

“I had never been to a Dickey's before, but I will be back. I have dined at a lot of BBQ places but this is the best one hands down that I can remember in my life. The brisket was tender, had great flavor and the BBQ sauce is fantastic. I had mac and cheese and fried okra for my two sides and both were perfect. It's a little more than your standard fast food burger combo but it is absolutely worth it. Dickey's in Carencro is the best BBQ, no question.“

“I just want to give a kudos for the best food I’ve ever tasted from little Caesars. I order a zesty cheese bread and the assistant manager was extremely helpful… I don’t remember his name but he had really nice curly hair. He listened to my order and made it exactly like I wanted it. I was having pregnancy cravings and I was very satisfied with the overall taste and customer service. He even brought the food to my car and he didn’t have to do that! 5 stars ⭐️“

When i went back in today a new friendly face "MAX" greeted me and helped me bypass the self-service kiosk ( i had a coupon) He was very helpful , polite, and courteous. “My pizza was amazing. The taste and texture were magnificent and reminded me of the pizzas I used to love getting from Pizza Hut. I thought such a thing was gone when it came to Pizza Hut pizza or any of the delivery chain pizzas for that matter. I've used another nearby Pizza Hut store for years but my experience was changed by the newer Pizza Hut in my area. They've been here for 2 or 3 years but this was my first time using them and they nailed it. The pizza had an incredible crust with toppings that were fresh and plentiful enough to make for an enjoyable meal. I will definitely order from them again...soon.“

Hadn't been here in 2 years due to bad experiences and decided to try it again, only to be disappointed. Only good thing was the cheese sticks. They were hot and not super greasy. The wings don't have much sauce and not great. My Pizza was not very warm (only live like 7 mins from the store and ate it right away). My husband's was super greasy. Will go back to dominos for price and quality.“

Workers were working hard and working together . Pizza was great. But as for myself and the whole over an hour with the app continuously changing a time and waiting for an hour ….
Lauren’s personality kindness , work ethic and professional side to her made every part of it better.
I can only imagine she is giving the same experince in building with her coworkers.
