She is the only wait staff that recognized us after 3 years of dining every Wednesday every week! Sometimes we go to the Kaliste Saloom location. Mostly Bertarand because it is closer.
Madison only served us once. When she came to our table today, the only thing she got wrong was my dressing and lemons.

I order a zesty cheese bread and the assistant manager was extremely helpful… I don’t remember his name but he had really nice curly hair. He listened to my order and made it exactly like I wanted it. I was having pregnancy cravings and I was very satisfied with the overall taste and customer service.
