Based on the reviews, Telly`s Place is a great place known for its amazing, well-prepared, and well-seasoned food. The BBQ is a highlight, and the fried fish, seafood pasta, smothered cabbage, and salad are all fantastic. The seafood pasta is on the thick side but has terrific flavors, and the fish is a large, super moist filet with a crispy flavorful fried batter. The cabbage is great and sweet, but some meat can be tough, and the Seafood Gumbo is very salty. The plate presentation is excellent, and the food is fresh with a perfect balance of spices. The establishment is very clean and refreshing. While the price is high, customers get their money's worth with the amount and quality of food. The owner, Ms. Telly, provides nice attention and checks on customers. A suggestion is to have two lines or registers for placing orders and picking up call-in orders.
