“Nice and small little shop right behind Lorde's walk in clinic in Breaux Bridge. It has the best daiquiri's. The waitress was amazing and made a wonderful suggestion. They also have a couple of slot machines to keep a person entertained. I highly recommend the place to everyone interested.“

“This new store is nice, like a Starbucks but they follow the global least number of employees policy, which is bad.... For example: To order, they stated we must order on lobby ordering computer screens but it was so complicated that it took 15 mins to never figure out how to order, then we called anyone to help and it still was a problem how to get what we wanted as he showed us general screens..... we almost walked out but decided to get anything on the screen and just sit down, too tiring. Also, in Danang store, the ketsup cups are flat and dont hold enough ketsup and are super messy....to solve this I would bring my own bowls or cups.... too complicated“

“I actually started working here in June and yes it’s pretty bad I have to honest,it’s hard to get a strong crew to maintain out restaurants clean since majority of employees are still in high school and
are learning how to become young adults since literally they are still teenagers.

“I used to live in Lafayette and came here almost daily. It’s still hands down my favorite coffee shop and I can’t find a place like it here in Austin. The atmosphere is so inviting and cozy and my iced caramel latte was on point every. single. time. Perfect. I don’t know if he still works there but Ian was the man! “The brunch was “the bomb”! Celee our waitress was quite pleasant and very helpful with choices of mimosas. Love love love the blood orange mimosa!!! “They have great coffee and their prices are *slightly* less than Starbucks however I was disappointed the last time I went as my cup was overflowing with HOT coffee and when I CAREFULLY took the lid off it literally spilled everywhere...MAJOR overfill. When I got the lid back on and finally took a sip...they totally got my order wrong...no sugar in my coffee. Needless to say I was a bit upset, didn't have time to go back and complain but I think they would have gladly fixed it. They are friendly most other times I go!“

“I visited this location twice. The first time, the one barista working in the front area informed me that they were backed up on drive-thru and mobile orders. I used the app to pick up in the store and had to wait a few extra minutes for my beverages and was satisfied that he let me know in preparation for a wait. He seemed nervous because of the volume of orders, but he completed his job, and I was out in a few minutes. I went today to pick up another order, but the lobby was closed for hurricane preparations. No problem; I went through the drive thru, and the service was wonderful despite the slew of cars trying to get last-minute coffees. It seems as if the staff are getting the hang of things, especially since the store is still new. It's disappointing to see bad reviews from locals who are upset that they can't make their complicated order in one minute when they decide to order one minute in the drive thru before closing time. I watched them make one of my drinks the first time, and it requires a bit more than making a shot and dousing creamer on top. Abbeville is still backward in that regard. Keep up the good work, and I'll definitely be back.“
