When I entered the cafe I was greeted by a kind young lady. The television was on. The music was low. I loved the wall where people signed that they were there ( pretty neat). I sat at the bar to scan the menu. I ordered two large shrimp plates. I had to order a small fry on the side due to not being able to switch out the potato salad. Everything was hot and fresh. Classic hole in a wall fired chicken place will definitely be back for not only the chicken but ot try the sides as well. Only thing I didn't like was waiting 30 mins for fried chicken but I also understand because it was fresh and still hot when I got home after an hour drive to denham springs

A great hole in the wall place with amazing home cooked food and a great staff. I had the combo seafood platter and it was some of the best fried shrimp and fish I've ever had. Get the mac n cheese!
