“20240329 I haven't had beignets in over 10 years, which was the last time I was in New Orleans at Cafe du Monde. I like that his coffee shop also serves breakfast and has prepared frozen soup. I came for the Beignets and got a hot chocolate. The lady gathering and serving food at the counter was so unfriendly. This is my first time here. I was polite, and thanked her multiple times... when she gave me a paper cup for the hot chocolate., and when she gave me the bag of beignets. She didn't knowledge any of it and just moved onto the next task. It would have been nice she she was friendlier. The hot chocolate was amazing! The beignets were great when freshly made and hot. I had the left over after I got back to the hotel and they were hard and dry. Cafe du Monde beignets were great when cold and the next day, still soft.“

“We ended up at this place with my family looking for a cozy place to have coffee. This was the perfect spot for us.The kids had a blast and they enjoyed their drinks as well.Crème brûlée was delicious (better than STBX to be honest). The service was great. This whole area has been transformed from an electric company factory into bars, coffee house and retailers (gift stores).Definitely worth making it your spot to visit for coffee with family and friends.Parking: Parking is limited for the number of businesses- at least close by.Kid-friendliness: Nice space and good drinks like hot chocolate or cold drinks“
“First-time here! Nice crowd for a Saturday with ideal weather. My main concern was the relatively small size of this space; the number of people made it almost impossible to safely distance from others. This place will need more space and outdoor seating in order to comply with health safety precautions and be successful. Every table should have chairs — there were two or three tables with no chairs. I’d be embarrassed to have such a situation, and I’m pleased another patron offered me a chair to enjoy my cappuccino treat.“

“This cafe is pretty good. There isn’t a lot of food options here that catches my eye, but the coffee is good along with the service for the most part. I think this cafe has a really nice atmosphere though. “Stopped by yesterday for the first time and was surprised at how great my Brown Sugar Boba was. I have been looking for another boba shop that is as good as the one I usually go to and now I can add this one onto my list. I usually order extra boba but they gave me PLENTY. I think adding extra would have been too much. The staff was also very nice. I will definitely be back!“

“I frequent here when I can. When I'm in the area I crave the blue tart smoothie. It's so good. I could drink one everyday. Service is always super friendly. I do like their juice detox. It's black. “My favorite coffee shop of all time! They have the best atmosphere that's cozy and great to work in or spend time with a friend. The coffee is by far my favorite in Baton Rouge, especially their seasonal cookie butter latte. The staff is always nice and friendly. There's nothing more you could ask for in a coffee shop!“

A super grande vanilla latte with foam is like maybe getting a grande coffee. If you ask for no foam or froth only 1-6 can understand what that means. “This was an excellent coffee shop! I got the green tea tropical with cantaloupe syrup and mojito syrup. Let me tell you, this was the best drink I have ever had. I also got a macaroon. Yummmmmmm! The service was excellent. The lady at the desk told me about the sweetener she used which I ended up getting. She was so right. This was one of the nicest waitresses I have ever met. This was such a cozy and comforting place. This would also be a good place to stop and work at. So much better than Starbucks. I will stop by every time I am in the area!“
“Whole Foods is the BEST place for groceries in Baton Rouge! I used to live close and stopped in every other day. It was clean, welcoming, excellent customer service, with everything I needed, and more! I now live about 45 minutes away, but stop in when I am in the area. Was there on Memorial Day. It was, of course, clean and even smelled nice. The store associates were welcoming and helpful, a few even stopped to ask if we needed help. Checked out all the ready food areas, and decided on smoked brisket, Whole Foods makes the BEST smoked brisket! We got a brisket sandwich and a brisket and sausage platter with cole slaw. Delicious! Got an extra smoked chicken to take home, also delicious. Took home other favorites, like blueberry scones, olives, cheese, brownies, and more. Thank you, Whole Foods for again exceeding our expectations!“
