Love PJs! It is super convenient to anyone staying in downtown Baton Rouge who wants quick but delicious coffee and pastries. The staff was very friendly (we laughed because I kept coming in multiple times per day- girl needs caffeine~!) If you're there around Mardi Gras, try the king cake flavored coffee drinks!
The ambiance and service are the best! This PJs is managed very well. It's one of the reason I return. Additionally and more important is the staff. They're always helpful and friendly.

This was an excellent coffee shop! I got the green tea tropical with cantaloupe syrup and mojito syrup. Let me tell you, this was the best drink I have ever had. I also got a macaroon. Yummmmmmm! The service was excellent. The lady at the desk told me about the sweetener she used which I ended up getting. She was so right. This was one of the nicest waitresses I have ever met.
