“Nice and small little shop right behind Lorde's walk in clinic in Breaux Bridge. It has the best daiquiri's. The waitress was amazing and made a wonderful suggestion. They also have a couple of slot machines to keep a person entertained. I highly recommend the place to everyone interested.“

“Really enjoyed this place on our first night in Lafayette after dinner. The bartender was very friendly, despite dealing with an unruly, obnoxious customer. She was able to mix some of the margarita with the strawberry daiquiri for my husband, which was very tasty.

I tried the witches brew, which was amazing. She allowed us to try samples of the premixed stuff. And I appreciate her honesty with the everclear in a couple of them. I ended up getting a mix of the margarita and blue raspberry octane, to cut it down a bit.

Overall, it looks like they could make just about any drink (assuming) that you ask for. But the daiquiris were very good. And it was cool that there's a drive thru.“

“I know this place very well! My girlfriend's Landlord, Mr John owns this bar and it's certainly a staple in Lafayette. Great live music on the weekends and a cool kind of local new Orleans vibe to the bar during the week days. Must check it out! Hope to see ya there!

“Let me tell yall something, I love this place! I have been going here for the last few years and the service has always been great with friendly bartenders working hard while having fun as well. It's one of the few bar/clubs where I feel comfortable.
Music is what I've noticed hasn't quite changed in the last few years. I definitely recommend an upgrade and even some guest DJs would be awesome!

“I was passing through town on my way from Houston to Jackson Mississippi and I stopped for gas in Lafayette, feeling pretty tired from driving and wanting to take a break and honestly I just needed a quick drink because I was on my way to a funeral and I was really stressed out with work and family and all that stuff leading up to this trip. So I’ve never even been to Lafayette but I stumbled upon this place after searching for a small bar were I could have a quiet drink and stretch my legs so I decided to give it a try. The people here were so nice and welcoming to a complete stranger who walked in late at night. I got to hear a lot of the local’s stories and learned some history about Lafayette and it was just over great. I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in but I’ll never forget this awesome little place and how kind they were. I felt a lot better after leaving and I’ll definitely stop again one day when I’m passing through Louisiana again.“

“The bartender was great. FAST AND EVEN COOKED RED BEANS AND RICE WITH CORNBREAD. Good honest people. More than one pool table would have been better but it's pretty small when compared to other bars in that area. I would definitely recommend stoppin by for a drink . “This place has a laidback environment. Something like the sitcom Cheers. They serve people from all walks of life but mostly blue collar workers. You can dress up or dress down it doesn't matter the owner makes you feel right at home. One of the best night to go is Thursdays. There is a D/J that plays till 2am and you can dance all night long. Thats why they call it swing out city.“

“Great place for adults to hang out and have fun. A no pressure type of place. Would have loved to have been there on the night when the regular DJ was there. The DJ we had that night seemed as if he didn't want to take request much less be there that night. My friends and I will return though.“

“The beer is cold and there are a few games on the back patio that we enjoy playing. Another bonus is that the back patio isn't very crowded so we can hear ourselves talk. We don't order food from there often so I don't know if this is the norm, but the hamburgers that we ordered were overdone.“
