Went to get a coffee. Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes after ordering. Not a single employee acknowledged me after placing my order. Several other customers received their orders after me and when I asked to get my money back not a single one of the 7 employees there apologized. Do not recommend.
They are probably the slowest coffee house in the history of coffee houses. I've been in line for about 30 minutes with a drive thru full of cars and no one moving. I don't understand why it's so complicated to make coffee. I work in food service so I get how overwhelming things can be but this is ridiculous.
I go to this coffee house very regularly... but yesterday seen so different and I mean different. I felt like a huge weight I was carrying lifted off my shoulders when I gotten to the drive thru window. I know you don't normally see this but Good shee I need this what I experienced yesterday June 16.
