“Well it appears they are understaffed! But what Im Assuming is corporate has applied these POS systems to eliminate staff and lower spending on their end. The over all experience wasn't that bad, they only had three ppl total and the line was long even though they do not have to directly take a customers order in the dinning area it's still overwhelming to have to handle everything! If you've never worked in this type of settings you wouldn't understand! I do infact and honestly they did a great job keeping up!!! They all three need A raise and shame on corporate for their failed attempts to save a dollar! Staff were nice store was clean and it took awhile for the food but with me and my understanding that was ok I get it!!! Hats off to the night crew they did great job considering“

“this is a very good sandwich shop and most of foods i ate are good except for buffalo chicken sandwich because it has a fishy smell and it taste like canned chicken chunks. but if you want a better buffalo chicken sandwich go get it at arby's but i like their most food though! 4 stars is given because most food are delicious except for buffalo chicken sandwich. but a great place to eat!“

“I ate here yesterday and the burger was amazing. I ordered my food online and it was supposed to be ready at 3:30pm and I asked for BBQ sauce on the side. When I got there at 3:45pm they made me wait another ten minutes for my order. So 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready is excessive. Then when I got home there was no sauce. The brisket/jalapeno fries were good but there was only a few small pieces of brisket here and there. Other than those things I would order both items again,I would just check the items before leaving and I would hope next time my food would be prepared properly but the food was all delicious.“

“Every thing was almost perfect! Except on line ordering. Was unable to reedem my points. When I tried (multiple times) the site threw me out and had to sign in again and refill my order only to be tossed again and again. Finally gave up and probley will lose my point when t hey expire the end of this month.“

“I can't lie, I was a bit concerned. My cashier took a minute to actually take my order. But, I have to say that after waiting a couple of minutes she did respectfully take my order. The drink machine was down so only lemonade or Sweet tea was available also heightening my concern. But, I have to say, truthfully they did an outstanding job! The fries where really good, fresh. I had the chicken sandwich, also really good, fresh! I am glad to say that I really really enjoyed my food I am very satisfied! I think there team should be commended for the ability to provide good food fairly quickly. I'll just mention that it was fairly busy also.... so all in all I would recommend this Popeye's for having good food quality and I believe the service was okay, not outstanding, but it was made up for with really good fresh food.
