“As a fellow Chick-fil-A team member, I was incredibly impressed with this location! Team was working together, and one of the managers even helped out on the dining room. He saw me looking at the Bible and I mentioned how that was a fabulous idea. For anyone weary from a long road trip, I recommend this location. 10/10“

“Nothing special to say. Raising Cane's in Ruston is the closest to where I live and I happened to go through there the other day, so I stopped in to grab dinner. While there, I ran into a former student of mine so we had a nice visit. Great food! Love the sauce!!“

“Awesome Whataburger! My husband’s job involves travel and Whataburger is our go to for fast food. The employees here were awesome and friendly. Manager Kevin is a great guy, my husband enjoyed meeting and speaking with him. Food was good, fries were fresh and hot.“

“Highlights:
Exceptional customer service from Betty or Debbie (can't remember which). I ordered online. I pulled in the drive through and said, 'I'm just here to grab my order.' The associate said, 'Sorry, you gotta come in.' I said, 'Can you please cut me a break? I got three kids in the car in pajamas and I'm the only adult in the car.' Some other voice came on the line, 'Sure, we can accommodate you.' I guess that was Betty/Debbie.
However, beware - this isn't Starbucks or Chick-fil-A. If you order online, you MUST pickup in the store unless you persuade them, like me.
Their burgers are outstanding.
Nice vibes inside. Nice shaded outdoor seating.
Not exceptional:
Once I ordered a burger and there was a fly in the burger container. But I let the team know, they apologized and made me a new burger.“

“Tasty sandwich in a gas station environment (but it's clean). Prices have gone up a lot, otherwise no complaints. (Always take ours to go b/c tiny dining area.) Way better than the tech drive location. Service varies but is fair to very good. Food is always fresh. Been going here for many years. Try the chicken Teriyaki or the new beast sandwich..
Vegetarian options: You can fully customize your sandwich to be vegetarian (or if you're vegan probably just a salad).
Parking: Gas station w/ oddly shaped small parking lot on the corner of the I-20 feeder road. High traffic area makes getting in & out a challenge too.“

“Stopped in for lunch on our way to Florida and was so pleasantly surprised with the staff!! Extremely courteous, polite and professional!! Restaurant was very clean and well stocked !! Very satisfied with experience and definitely reccomend stopping here for a meal, you won't be disappointed!!“

“I love the employees, they are so sweet and patient. My mobile order didn't go through, it was because I didn't put the correct location. They helped me work the app and figure out what I did. Afterwards, they had our order out with no problems. They are always so kind.“

“I went and ordered 10 pizzas for a sleepover of tween girls so everyone wanted something different and the manager there was so friendly and accommodating. She really went the extra mile in order to take care of me and my requests. 10 Stars for the staff and their delivery of fresh, hot pizza and friendly service.“

“Employees were great gotta hand it to them I wouldn't have been so nice if I had been treated like they had been . Two customers came in an started demoting mocking and belittling these ladies and they were doing as they were trained . This woman just short of calling these girls stupid and changing the way subway prepares each sub and getting huffy and impatient with them while the customer was on her phone getting someone else's sandwich as well . I'm just glad I had stepped out and my husband witnessed this shameful behavior. Because I'm not one to keep my mouth shut. I'm always there for the underdog.“
