This place has been permanently closed for months and someone keeps reversing when I mark it as such. The land and building is for sale. It's done. Toast.
Bad customer service was sitting down 10 minutes be asking to get serviced. Food was ok but could had McDonald's and would been better. place is not being up kept at all bathrooms where dirty. I hope it could be turned around or sold off to become a better place.
Steak 'n Shake in Covington, LA has mixed reviews. While the service and server were praised as great, some customers have noted issues with the cleanliness of the restaurant, particularly the men's bathroom. There have also been concerns about the speed of service, especially during busy hours. The quality of the food has also been called into question, with one customer reporting that the burger patties did not appear to be Frisco burger patties. Despite these issues, some customers still enjoy the restaurant and have positive experiences.
