So I went to this Wendy's in Covington and my mood completely changed, the staff where super friendly and passionate about there job and on top of all of that the food is sending me into a comma it's so good . Thank you for this“

“I received the best service at this. Wendy's, I actually wanna give a shout out. I don't know the employee's name or if she was a manager but food was hot. They didn't ask me to pull up to save their timer. Like other locations and the food was delicious. Thank you.“

“Went thru the drive thru before going to work and took long time before being answered maybe due to staffing. But order nothing major. And no sauce in the bag and the food was not hot like normal. Nothing towards the staff they do what they can. Didn't have time to go in because had to get to work. ** update** faster service and food was hot. Great change“
