“My friend Sheila & I have been going for the last few months to get a daiquiri at least once a week. When Wade works, he's very polite & informative about the different daiquiri flavors. But the last 3 times we've gone, the daiquiris were not frozen. Sheila was very very upset about this, especially because it's always the White Russian or all of them that aren't frozen. I myself like the Liquid Apple & the new Watermelon Long Island iced tea. Monday we went & waited for opening time. Sheila & I both know that it takes about 20 minutes or so to get the daiquiris frozen, but we were in the parking lot 15 minutes before opening & the girl working was just walking inside at 12:45. There was another car already there. We waited until opening at 1pm & the girl we saw said "just a moment" and then another girl that we've never saw before came to the window & said that she had only put the machines on 5 minutes earlier. This was the 3rd time that we left without a daiquiri because of them not being frozen. Another time it was only white Russian & Chocolate not frozen, but it wasn't opening time & it wasn't busy. Not sure if they're too busy playing around and not putting the machines on or refilling them as needed, or what the reason is, but we've NEVER had this problem when Wade works. We usually go during the week, mid-day, at least once a week. But the last 3 times we left upset & without a daiquiri. Sheila wanted to complain to the owner, but her phone wasn't working & asked me to do it for her. All we ask is to have frozen daiquiris during working hours. Wade deserves much recognition for taking pride in his job & we usually always get the extra shot, because he upsells and we agree that's what we want to make our daiquiris that much better. Can we please be sure that the daiquiris are frozen during working hours? We understand that sometimes issues come up & that might happen, but this has been 3 weeks in a row that we can't get our favorite treat after driving from Golden Meadow to Larose for a daiquiri. That's the only reason we go to Larose is for a daiquiri. My friend Sheila Tribe is very upset about this and had me do this online because of her phone troubles. Please have the daiquiri machines filled & frozen during working hours. We enjoy them very much & that is our one outing a week & 3 times we've left upset & had to go to the competition instead. You can't make money if you don't have the product ready to sell. Thank you & we hope that this issue is discussed & that we don't have to go again & leave without a daiquiri. We go thru drive-thru & we do tip every time we go, unless we leave without a daiquiri. Please fix this situation. Thank you!“
