By using the freshest ingrediants that I have ever experienced, he presents dishes that amaze the senses. Highly recommend both Houmas House restaurants. Will return again and again.”

“On our way back to Texas after a weekend in New Orleans we stopped at Don’s Seafood for lunch and couldn’t have had a better experience. Everything was perfect. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. Our server, Beth, was undoubtedly the best. She was super personable but genuine. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on. The food was amazing. Truly the best Seafood we have ever had. Everything tasted so fresh and came out quickly. The icing one the cake, I have Celiacs Disease and there were several options to choose from. Cannot wait to have a reason to go back to Louisiana to stop at Don’s again.”
