“From the woods to the grill within a week!! Day’s didn’t just smoke the sausage but they have to be the most efficient at processing a deer! We dropped a deer off on a Monday at 6am and it was ready to be picked up that Saturday. When I dropped it off the young man working made sure what I wanted was correct 3xs. I could tell he actually cared about his job and getting it right. Quick drop off and when I picked it up I got the same process. 6am pickup (I’m an early bird) Everything was separated and packaged so neat. Worker loaded it all up and I was gone within 10min. We used to just process it ourself but we wanted burritos and smoked sausage. Our scheduled just don’t leave the time for us to do it. Grilling sausage tonight at the deer camp within a week.
