The employees work really hard and the manager will not pull someone aside to tell them what they did wrong instead they get chewed out in front of everyone and it’s just not right. The manager needs some training on how to treat people better or how to deal with some thing on the side not in front of everyone.“

“Alex, the manager on duty, was very courteous and made things right when there was an issue with my order that was beyond Domino's control (entitled customer in the automobile pick-up window was holding up the line, first using the quick pickup as a regular drive thru when it's not, ordering at the window then refusing to drive around...it's a pickup window for orders already placed...anyway the person was trying to scam the place out of a free pizza, they finally gave it to him because the line was backing up and he would not move his car)

My pizza got cold as a result of this customer's actions, not Domino's. Alex made things right and debited my card with an immediate refund, as requested. Praise to Alex at Hwy 30 Domino's for handling a difficult situation with grace and patience.“
