“Sonic ranks close to the top of fast food restaurants for me. Some locations even offer outside covered table dining. I’m not a fan of eating in my car, but on occasion we do. The order boards now accept your credit or debit card on the board for an easy payment option. The ‘car hops’ bring your food on roller blades and service is usually pretty fast. Great desserts too.”

“So I've come here a few times since they opened, but tonight was the first time I tried the double cheeseburger. I was surprised that it actually tasted like fresh meat cooked on the grill and not a frozen meat disc. I'll definitely be going back for another one. Fries, onion rings, hush puppies, and shrimp were all pretty good. And the portions were huge. We had plenty of food left over. The reason for the four stars is because they claim they serve catfish, like the people of Louisiana don't know any better. Come on guys. Ain't no way.”

“I bought three different types of soup and a salad. Everything was delicious. Salad station is the first place I found that has low-fat ranch dressing that is phenomenal. My family enjoyed everything I bought. I will definitely be back again soon.”

“A few of our African Violet group members took a day trip from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to attend the Louisiana Lagniappe African Violet Show and Sale. I moved from BR 9 years ago, and realized that the deli was in a great location near our destination. We were greeted by two very kind young ladies! We receive prompt, friendly service and a delicious lunch! I had the pasta salad, which was wonderful! Two of my friends got the lasagna, and they enjoyed it too! Thank you for such a great dining experience! My friends all enjoyed it too!”

“From the woods to the grill within a week!! Day’s didn’t just smoke the sausage but they have to be the most efficient at processing a deer! We dropped a deer off on a Monday at 6am and it was ready to be picked up that Saturday. When I dropped it off the young man working made sure what I wanted was correct 3xs. I could tell he actually cared about his job and getting it right. Quick drop off and when I picked it up I got the same process. 6am pickup (I’m an early bird) Everything was separated and packaged so neat. Worker loaded it all up and I was gone within 10min. We used to just process it ourself but we wanted burritos and smoked sausage. Our scheduled just don’t leave the time for us to do it. Grilling sausage tonight at the deer camp within a week. Highly recommend!! 🦌Happy Hunting!”

“Went to Cork's for Mother's Day supper...YUM 😋! It was the best tasting, crispy, freshest fried seafood around! The fries were hot, crisp and awesome, too! Cork's is right up there with top notch restaurants, but at much less the cost. The staff was extremely friendly and the venue was neat.We will be back...OFTEN! ♥”

“A friend referred me to Stone and Cloth last year, when I told her I was looking for a new stone for my breakfast table. My mother and I walked into their shop pre-lockdown and were warmly welcomed by Kelly Kirby. She gave me great suggestions for a replacement stone and a list of the Stone Distributors in town to search for my desired slab. Her suggestion for the marble was spot on and that’s the one we selected for our breakfast table. Since I placed my order during the lockdown, installation was delayed until phase 2 would allow for work to commence. During the waiting period, Kelly worked with me regarding having my existing breakfast table stone retrofitted for one of my bathroom counters. They removed the existing sink and under-mounted a new one to freshen up bathroom. At the same time, we realized the remaining piece of the slab for the breakfast table would fit perfectly in a second bathroom and a new sink under-mounted as well. We are very pleased with the excellent fabrication of all of the stone work and the installers had been polite, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend using Stone and Cloth for all of your building needs.”

“I love to eat here. The roast beef po-boy and shrimp plate are Great!! My favorite is the onion rings, they are delicious. Everything is good. I haven’t heard anyone complain about the food there. The staff are so friendly. I NEVER pass up a chance to eat at Shack 16 and I live south of I-12. Would definitely recommend Shack 16. 5 stars!!”

“If you have not tried this place, I 10/10 recommend! We were looking for something quick but still good to grab & take home & this met all expectations. We got the voodoo fries & philly steak poboy. The voodoo fries are a must & the philly steak poboy is probably the best i’ve ever tasted! The staff & owner are all kind & welcoming. We will most definitely be back!”
