“I read all the reviews on here and after going in to place my order I cannot understand all these horrible reviews. I had no problem placing my order the young lady that took my order knew what she was doing and was very friendly, our order was ready I kid you not within 10 minutes, got out to our semi and the food was awsome coodles to the cooks 😉 my husband and I will be back as it's hard to find good food and friendly service out here on the road anymore. It seems all the fast food and restaurants are going down the toilet this is by far the best Kentucky fried chicken we've had in a very long time.”

“Tried this place for the first time, my husband got the Ribeye which was HUGE, flavorful, juicy, tender and cooked exactly to order. I had the smokehouse burger and it was DELICIOUS coming from a seriously picky eater. the waitresses are on TOP of things and are very friendly and attentive. we also got to speak to the owner/cook and he was very mild mannered, soft spoken and kind. they put love and effort into their food and service and its easy to see as soon as you walk in the door. absolutely recommend.”

Fall off the bone tender and moist ribs, sausage packed with flavor, beans that will blow your socks off, potatoe salad made to absolute perfection. Can't wait to try the Brisket and PorkChops!!!! “AWESOME FOOD !Nice Casual atmosphere. has booths and tables and a bar side sushi bar! we have lived in some big city's with great sushi restaurant's & we are huge Sushi fans.. 4 years ago we moved to a small Louisiana town with no sushi places. While shopping in Shreveport with my wife we found this gem. The rolls were awesome and so was the hibachi meal that we split . They use the correct rice and it was ultra fresh and I have to say this was the best I've had in YEARS! Kim was our server, she was fast and sweet and even helped us save $ by pointing out the specials on the Sushi menu.. Very impressed and we will come back next month!”

“We live in Fort Worth and our youngest goes to college in Pensacola so we make the trip between the two cities several times a year. We make note of good service stations and restaurants along the way. This particular weekend, we had picked our son up from college for the summer. We were coming through Shreveport about dinnertime and decided to look for a Mexican restaurant with good reviews not too far off of I-20. We found Amigos. While the restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, the inside is clean and colorful and Ramon was super friendly. The chips and salsa were excellent. The salsa had just the right amount of heat and flavor. The queso blanco was great as well. My son had the cheese enchiladas and said they were some of the best he's had. My wife had a meal that came with a couple of cheese enchiladas and a taco. She loved it. She even ate all of her rice and beans which she rarely does. I ended up ordering the pollo enchiladas with mole sauce. Excellent! Ramon was great and attentive as both an owner and a waiter. While the restaurant was empty when we arrived shortly after 5:00, it was packed by the time we left an hour or so later. The locals apparently love Amigos and that speaks volumes about the place. We'll be back when we head back to Pensacola in August. Blessings!”

“This was my first visit to a Golden Chick and three people stood out for me. Andre’, Gail and LaNedra.
LaNedra greeted me at the door as she was going out to clean the parking lot of debris. Andre’ met me at the counter to answer my question about the menu and rang me up. Miss Gail handed me my items when they were ready and everyone was friendly and had big smiles on their faces. They made me feel welcome and appreciated and I hope you open another one in Shreveport closer to my home. This was a 20 minute drive from my home off Mansfield road but the food was great and the rolls were the surprising star of the meal. Keep up the good work!”
