“Tried this place for the first time, my husband got the Ribeye which was HUGE, flavorful, juicy, tender and cooked exactly to order. I had the smokehouse burger and it was DELICIOUS coming from a seriously picky eater. the waitresses are on TOP of things and are very friendly and attentive. we also got to speak to the owner/cook and he was very mild mannered, soft spoken and kind. they put love and effort into their food and service and its easy to see as soon as you walk in the door. absolutely recommend.”

“Hands down, the best BBQ place in Shreveport/Bossier and beyond. I always get the brisket, it never disappoints. The sausage is on point with that snap when you bite into it. They got a good scald on their chicken; it's seasoned well, juicy, and not just surface. You can taste it in every bite to the bone. potato salad and baked beans are great as well as the homemade Mac n cheese. seriously, podnuhs can hang it up. This place puts all the others to shame.v”

“We live in Fort Worth and our youngest goes to college in Pensacola so we make the trip between the two cities several times a year. We make note of good service stations and restaurants along the way. This particular weekend, we had picked our son up from college for the summer. We were coming through Shreveport about dinnertime and decided to look for a Mexican restaurant with good reviews not too far off of I-20. We found Amigos. While the restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, the inside is clean and colorful and Ramon was super friendly. The chips and salsa were excellent. The salsa had just the right amount of heat and flavor. The queso blanco was great as well. My son had the cheese enchiladas and said they were some of the best he's had. My wife had a meal that came with a couple of cheese enchiladas and a taco. She loved it. She even ate all of her rice and beans which she rarely does. I ended up ordering the pollo enchiladas with mole sauce. Excellent! Ramon was great and attentive as both an owner and a waiter. While the restaurant was empty when we arrived shortly after 5:00, it was packed by the time we left an hour or so later. The locals apparently love Amigos and that speaks volumes about the place. We'll be back when we head back to Pensacola in August. Blessings!”

“I love their German food. This is the best schnitzel in America! Reasonable prices too with huge servings. Update: I returned to their new location and my friends and I were thoroughly Happy with the food. I had the Jaeger Schnitzel and they had the Bratwurst on the Pretzel bun. We all had the Mandarin dessert. So good! We met Evi when we were leaving. She is the real deal! I felt like I was back in Germany.”

Never heard of this place, but I will surely return. The lady that served us (sorry I don't remember your name) was so sweet and nice. “When I usually stop in this place I usually get good service from the staff but for some reason my server was not very nice to me at all, from the time I walked in the door she would ask everyone that she was serving for extra coffee gave them good service but I had to ask and the look on her face and I still walked out and gave her a tip.”
