“If I could buy a GALLON of their yellow curry, I would do it with no questions asked!! After the first time having it, I would wake up tasting it and having to have it! There’s nothing that compares to it. My husband and I have been here numerous times. On multiple dates, with our parents and with friends. We cannot get enough of this place! You guys are awesome, every time! Food, drinks and service are great! Keep it up everyone 🙂 (Also, thank you for adding vegan/ vegetarian options to the menu!)“

“Inflation is real. I hadn’t been in here in 3 plus years so man oh man have I been living under a rock.
Anyway, the food is still pretty solid (been here several times in the last decade). It’s mildly westernized bc the slice of carrots, radish are pretty thick by Vietnamese standards (note: I was in HCMC back in March 2025—HoChiMinh City). The chargrilled pork was 1/4th charred compared to the motherland but still solid in flavor. $14 for chicken spring rolls? Seemed pricey but they are super thick so not as shocking. I could have ordered two for $7.
Overall, $19 for a plate is pricey for the Westbank and would have thought I was uptown where rent is 2x. Idk. The volume is good for the price but I guess inflation is warping my perception. Overall, I still enjoyed the food and recommend them still esp if this is the new norm.“

“I was in NOLA attending a wedding and wanted to pick up live blue crabs to take home to Atlanta. I had made arrangements so I thought with another crab company and that did not work out. I was able to find Danny & Bonnie's seafood online and gave them a call. The woman was very kind and told me that they would most likely be able to accommodate me and would call me back. She called me back not even 5 minutes later to let me know that they would be able to accommodate my 7 dozen request and this was a holiday weekend. I was able to pick up my crabs the next day without any problems. When I tell you that these were the freshest crabs that I've had! I will be forever grateful for the last minute order fulfillment. And my surprise was that they sold fresh cracklin. I only purchased half a bag and I should have purchased a full bag or more. I can't wait to be able to purchase from them again. I highly recommend this establishment!! You won't regret it.“

“Staff was nice, and place was pretty empty but clean. Boudin was good and very much similar to Tony's in Baton Rouge. Crawfish/corn seasoned to PERFECTION and large size - but unfortunately slightly overcooked and soft (or oversoaked). Will give them another go earlier in the day during this season. Thanks - you should be teaching others how to appropriately spice your mud bugs!“

“This Italian themed restaurant simply does not disappoint on any level. The ambiance, staff, knowledge of menu and the food are all simply outstanding!! I really love the interior design, the warm atmosphere, the soft music playing in the background at the perfect level. Please visit but do not miss out on their house salad with an exceptional dressing (which is also bottled for purchase) and the lasagna! The pecan crusted catfish is also a guaranteed hit.“

“I'm from New Orleans but been living in Dallas tx since hurricane Katrina and me and my wife came home for the weekend and we stop at the Terry parkway location and picked up 9 dozen that's right 9 dozen for a hundred and twenties four dollars and they were great like always I have had them shipped to my door been eating them since I was a kid I love them I bet you can't just eat one lol in the words of Tony the tiger there great thanks for carrying own the business I'm a true loyal customer“

“AMAZING PHO!!!! Even though I’ve moved away from New Orleans, I always make it a point to come back and visit this place. I always order the tofu pho with beef broth and load it up with chili oil. Over the past five years, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to find anything like it in any other state I’ve visited... :( HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“It was red bean Monday, and I had not cooked. So, my daughter and I stopped by to grab some from this restaurant. It was very reasonably priced for a large red bean. The beans were well seasoned without being salty. Plus, we were able to eat dinner for 2 nights! We will be back.“

“Decided to try this establishment as we have passed it for a while. It may have said it was a Red Bird fried 🐔🍗 chicken but also was a daiquiris shop. Ordered our food, wife got a chicken sandwich 🥪 with fries 🍟 and I got a breast and wing with fries 🍟. After a short time our food was served. Wife got what she ordered and I got a drumstick 🍗 and a back, completely opposite of what I ordered. Upon going back to the register the manager asked what was wrong and I explained what was wrong and said immediately corrected the problem. Kudos to the manager. The young man that took out order was wearing dark sunglasses 😎 while he took out order and afterwards he took them off. Food was hot 🥵 and tasty.“
