“Pushed FOUR different red buttons & ONLY got service after having to get someone's attention while they took the trash out!! THRN my order was WRONG!!! I was told "we've been having issues with the buttons tonight"...then MAYBE pay ATTENTION to customers!!“

“The young man named Collin that was working 9/12/25 at around 4:30 needs a raise! Not only was he taking orders, he was literally running to get orders out to everyone by himself. They were clearly very understaffed but yet he was doing his absolute best and he was very courteous. Food wasn’t the greatest but I give 5 stars just based on this one employee.“

“Tina's Kitchen, a Doyline "landmark". ?Back in 2006 or so, while I was driving back-and-forth to Haughton from west of Fort Worth (up to 3 times a week), it was Tina's Kitchen that kept me from starving. :)It's a long, but very cool story that I only tell in person usually over a beer.It has changed hands many times since then, but Mark's folks rustled me up a burger all the way, fries, and a giant fountain drink that really hot the spot.... both nutritionally today and nostalgically.Stop by and get some fuel for you and your car! ???“

“I placed a mobile order for pickup and was traveling, in a rush. I literally went in the store to pick it up 20 seconds after placing it. Of course the order wasnt ready yet. I Was greeted and taken care of immediately by store employee and the manager as well. The impressive part is that I havent even asked. I heard the manager calling for the order to be made as I was there and it was ready in a couple minutes. Honestly that was the best customer service I have experienced at a mcdonalds in a while. Keep it up guys and thanks a lot.“
