“My cookies were amazing! Everything tasted really great. My only suggestion would be to ask the employees to work on greeting people as they walk in and acknowledge them before calling out their name for their order because I walked in and stood at the pick up counter for about 2-3minutes before they called my name out for my order. There was about 4-5 workers but no one greeted or acknowledged me prior.”

I ordered the honey-lemon chicken with corn grits, and it was absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and wonderfully balanced. The atmosphere has that “great little place” feel: cozy, welcoming, and relaxed. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, stopping by just the right amount to make sure you have everything you need without ever feeling rushed. Fabulous food, warm service, and a comfortable setting make 531 Liberty Cafe a must-visit.”

“Stop by Waffle House 06/16/2024 for quick breakfast while traveling service were very poor receive eggs, hashbrowns and toast no bacon told us we would get it in a few minutes ten minutes later receive bacon no waffles that came with the order finish eating twenty minutes later than waitress bring waffles ask if we wanted to take it home with us and the rest of the bacon could not believe she said that , saying they are working on the problem and the to go order go out faster ,it sound like they have a serious problem need to get rid of all there cooks and hire new ones won't be going there again.”

“I’m so glad I made the decision to pull in and order here! I had the best carhop experience I’ve ever had! La’nae is on top of things. She’s kind, friendly, and even though she was busy, she took the time to chat with me for a moment. She answered my question professionally and personably. She definitely makes the job look easy! (Six cars and DoorDash orders all came in within about 30 minutes, one after the other.) Still, she got my order right and out the fastest I’ve ever gotten my order! And it was SOOOOO GOOD!!!

“We stopped in from Indiana to buy oysters for my wife. She bought a half gallon of fresh oysters and noticed the price of the shrimp and so we purchased 10 pounds of shrimp. Later that evening she ate the entire half gallon of oysters with some sauce she had made in Indiana and brought for that purpose. There must have been 80 oysters that half gallon. We are now home and the shrimp. were still fresh frozen and they look very good thank you tothe proprietor of Wine Island seafood.”

“The drinks were okay, but not worth the amount they're charging. I ordered a chocolate monkey and the drink didn't come anywhere close to what I would receive at their competitors. Just mixing the chocolate bar and banana daquiri isn't the same as actually putting a banana and Hersey's chocolate and mixing the drink properly. The staff were very nice and professional. They did their job, but the product didn't really compete with the competition in the area.”

Our wedding guests marveled at how the cake was artistically detailed. Its presentation was spot on. And the color match perfect !Then there was the flavor. A frosting that was creamy, fillings that were full of flavor (lemon and coconut) and cake that was light, fresh and tasty. “Poor customer service. Requested to speak to kitchen manager and she never came out. Went for brunch and asked for fish and grits instead of shrimp and grits and was told I couldn't get that. I asked for the price of a filet of fish and a dude if grits. once told I ordered that. When I got the bill, I was charged for the most expensive fish item on the menu. 26 dollars for a piece of fish and a side of grits. There were better ways for this to happen. I wasn't informed of the cost prior to receiving the bill. I definitely would not have ordered that. I asked for the kitchen manager, Amy Daigle, she never came out. She instead sent someone else, Miranda, who said there was nothing she could do...... sad.”

“After reading all the negative reviews we almost didn't come here. I'm really glad we did . Tons of flavors. We got the s'mores and the Carmel cheese cake. Also got a chocolate and a blueberry muffin 2 cake pops a fruity pebble and a cosmic brownie. It was all great.
