The staff is friendly, and the store is always clean and welcoming. My favorite so far has been [insert flavor], but honestly every cookie I’ve had has been delicious. “I would not get the roast beef poboy again. It tastes awesome but today’s roast beef poboy was so sloppy I had to eat it with a fork. Fries were fresh and crispy. We had great service and they were very welcoming. Prices are very reasonable down to the drinks. I’d probably go back but try something else.”

“Every time we order firehouse subs using asap, the order is messed. Today it was the kids drinks were listed as included but weren’t. Last time we ordered the kids cookie was not included. It’s little things but sheesh. The last time I picked up our food from the store, the cashier/ server argued with me that the drinks were in the bag but when I opened the bag, no drinks. Who puts drinks in a bag anyways? The subs are amazing but sheesh”

“Stop by Waffle House 06/16/2024 for quick breakfast while traveling service were very poor receive eggs, hashbrowns and toast no bacon told us we would get it in a few minutes ten minutes later receive bacon no waffles that came with the order finish eating twenty minutes later than waitress bring waffles ask if we wanted to take it home with us and the rest of the bacon could not believe she said that , saying they are working on the problem and the to go order go out faster ,it sound like they have a serious problem need to get rid of all there cooks and hire new ones won't be going there again.”

Our wedding guests marveled at how the cake was artistically detailed. Its presentation was spot on. And the color match perfect !Then there was the flavor. A frosting that was creamy, fillings that were full of flavor (lemon and coconut) and cake that was light, fresh and tasty. There was little cleanup at the end of our reception, because everyone in attendance wanted a share of the cake to take home.Thank you Melanie and Caro’s Cakes for contributing to our memories of one of the most wonderful days in our lives.”

Just mixing the chocolate bar and banana daquiri isn't the same as actually putting a banana and Hersey's chocolate and mixing the drink properly. The staff were very nice and professional. They did their job, but the product didn't really compete with the competition in the area.”

“We came to Houma for a pageant my niece was in on February 8th 2025 ! I came from New Orleans and baby let me tell ya the bbq was absolutely amazing ! the lady at the front counter recommended the jambalaya and the backed Mac it was delicious. Very nice lady the customer service was on point . We went to our table where we were met by the best waitress ! she was phenomenal and very helpful she also had the best attitude I can’t remember her name but it may have started with an x I think or maybe a z but she had vwry short blond hair ! Just want to send a Hugh shot out to her great job girl and like I said the bbq was phenomenal I loved the atmosphere and experience ! We be back if I’m ever in Houma again !!”

“Poor customer service. Requested to speak to kitchen manager and she never came out. Went for brunch and asked for fish and grits instead of shrimp and grits and was told I couldn't get that. I asked for the price of a filet of fish and a dude if grits. once told I ordered that. When I got the bill, I was charged for the most expensive fish item on the menu. 26 dollars for a piece of fish and a side of grits. There were better ways for this to happen. I wasn't informed of the cost prior to receiving the bill. I definitely would not have ordered that. I asked for the kitchen manager, Amy Daigle, she never came out. She instead sent someone else, Miranda, who said there was nothing she could do...... sad.”

“Me and my son love to pick something new every week to eat. When we arrived lady at register was very nice. Now the food was amazing the gumbo 🤤🤤 so good alot of meat the taste was so good. My son loves the pizza so much different pizza to choose from. The chicken was crispy and well fried with the smothered cabbage 🥬 delicious. “Went on a Saturday for late breakfast mid lunch hours. very busy everything was perfect! BUT two day's later we went back around 5pm and literally no customers after ordering and getting our food a table for two came the service was good but the omelette this time was a disappointment it was very thin and crispy which shouldn't be that way so not to sure what was going on in the kitchen but the omelets that we got that go around wasn't on point that time around”
