“we needed a gumbo and potato salad for a small pre Thanksgiving dinner at our shop. nobody wanted to cook it so I gave them a phone call. I ordered 3 gallons of chicken and sausage gumbo a tray of potato salad and the rice. 20 total people got their bellies full and there was nothing left of anything! it was great, everybody loved the gumbo said it was just right had just enough kick without being overbearing and a tremendous amount of meat! so glad I made that phone call.“
