“We decided to stop here for lunch during our road trip and it was amazing!The employees are so nice and friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the food is incredible! It was so hard to leave, we just wanted to stay as long as we could!Wait time wasn't long, and there was more than enough seating when we went. The location of the restaurant is kind of odd, but I knew as soon as we arrived it was going to be worth it!“
“I LOVE this place. The food was so amazingly delicious. They have fantastic portion sizes and are very inexpensive. Ms. Sharon is incredibly friendly and sweet. “I got the pork steak plate and susage plate. It came with brownie,garlic bread,baked beans,rice dressing. There's also potato salad that comes with it. This was my first time here and this place you can't beat for the price of $11 for a plate. You receive a full complete plate.“
“The prices and portion size are excellent but I found the food to be on the bland side and not well seasoned. I ordered a tasting menu that included a seafood poboy, appetizers, Cajun gumbo and red beans. Nothing really had a strong flavor to it. Zero spice or salt. The potato salad was mostly mustard and sweet relish. I took two bites and had to toss it. The best items were the hush puppies and fried okra. I may give this place another try with the chicken or a different type of poboy but I definitely won't be ordering what I did the first time.“

“This was my 8th or more visit. Every time I previously visited I rated this 10 out of 10, sadly my recent visit didn't live up to my previous experiences. Previously I was welcomed in by numerous employees, it always felt more special than other places I frequent, however this visit there was no welcome, and the only thing said to me was, "what side?" And hearing my name when my food was brought out, not really speaking to me, just my name. I pray it was an off day. In visits past I was asked how everything was not long after receiving my food, no one asked, upon leaving I usually heard a "thanks & come again", just crickets. It was no more busy than I have experienced. Not sure if this off mood lessened the taste of the food, or if the food was not as good as before. I got the Philadelphia Lawyer and seasoned fries. I have had both before(I loved both) and they were both just okay this time. I will try again, but will not try those fries again, sesoning reminded me of Shonie's seasoning just dumped on top. Totally changed my mood for the day, previously I have driven from Erath to Crowley just for a burger and onion rings, hopefully my next experience doesn't compare to this past experience. I typically post on Facebook when I stop here and encourage others to stop by, if the next experience is like this last experience please understand I will no longer encourage people to stop in or bring friends with. Sure I am just one person, but you have to continue the levels that I know you are capable of. I should be by sometime mid month, my children are coming from out of state, they have heard me rave about this being the best burgers anywhere, I meant it, I really need you to continuing to be that for me and the people I love.Praying for your mangement and staff.“
“Traveling through on our way back to Texas and stopped here. We were immediately greeted by the bartender (KJ) and sat in her section. Service was excellent, food was fast and tasty, but most importantly, KJ was just very pleasant. Thanks for a great dinner :)“
“This spot is the one I always prefer. I visit plenty of restaurants but here I go the most. The crew is very helpful and the cooking they place on your table is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner here. I highly recommend this place.“
