Fast Food Restaurants in Jena

“On March 25th, we waited about 50 minutes from the time we drove in until receiving our food due to a McDonald’s corporate inspection. I understand safety & quality control from corporate is absolutely necessary, but when their inspection slows down the normal operation and flow of customers getting their orders in a timely manner, I don’t believe corporate would be pleased with that specific inspector for what transpired yesterday. Their inspector & inspection did the exact opposite or what McDonald’s is going for.

We got barely warm sandwiches due to the inspector holding everything up. The McDonald’s worker was nice and apologized for the extremely long wait and upsized our fries as I’m sure she did for the other customers that chose to actually stay in line at the drive through and order.

We seen multiple vehicles drive around since the line wasn’t moving and go somewhere else. Had we not already placed our order & paid, we would’ve done the same.“

“Good Place!! I love this place when I walk in it smells so good when I smell the place it makes me wanna go ahead and eat salt and vinegar chips and drink a Dr pepper and eat a footlong cookie that's my favorite! So if your looking for somewhere to eat this might be the best place for u!!!“

“We stopped at the Jena Popeyes when we drove through town and took a chance on it. Why do I say it that way? Suffice to say we have experienced bad service and subpar food there before.But this time the food was great, the preparation of our order was quick, and a shoutout to Lashandra who offered us some options to save money by optimizing our order.Fast food restaurants are suffering from employee shortages in this day and age and the folks on the job after to work harder to perform their duties. The lobby here is closed intermittently for the past few months due to the lack of employees. It is nice to get a good dinner and be treated courteously these days.“

“some guy ran the place by himself on a friday night, and most importantly, he perfected the application of ketchup on my hotdog better than 20 other people who usually work at sonic, he also put extra oreo’s on the ice cream
