“I was on a business trip to Jennings a few weeks ago and I kept hearing about Rocket Drive In throughout the day.
I was determined to find out just how good it was. Once the workday was done, I raced (responsibly drove) to the spot with my team and ordered their jalapeño sourdough. 🤤 It's not on the menu, but iykyk. Paired that up with a hot fudge sundae that had me dancing in my car on the drive back to NOLA.
Anytime I enter Jennings, I'll be checking the Rocket.”

“My wife and I went for the first time today and let me tell you what the Key Lime Pie smoothie is amazing. And my wife really likes her Strawberry Cheese Cake smoothie. Mrs. Gerri was the one that waited on us and helped us with our decision being our first time. She was amazing and very helpful. “Yesterday we stopped in for the first time and were greeted with a friendly face and he was so helpful and patient with us because lets be honest EVERYTHING looks yummy so it was hard to decide lol I had a wedding cake latte (hot) tres leches tiramisu and the cookie butter cake. My daughter had the Chantilly latte (iced) with a chocolate chip cookie and red velvet cake and my mom had some sort of pecan bar. And OMG i tried everything except the red velvet cake and it was all excellent! I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you choose tbh and we will definitely be back to try more!”

“We went in Saturday wanting some authentic Mexican food and left with a great experience! The restaurant is run by a lovely family and entering the restaurant feels like being welcomed home with a comforting environment. The atmosphere is the closest experience I’ve gotten so far to the family I have in Venezuela. We ordered the burrito suprema (hubby approved), chicken tenders + fries for the toddler, and fajitas for myself. We also ordered aguas frescas and the sopapilla with ice cream. Don’t miss out on this place!”

“I go there for lunch every day while I'm at work on my work week and I get the gumbo every time but they do sell other items on the menu such as fried Chicken boudin of course and numerous other things but the gumbo is just my favorite you can either get shrimp call chicken and sausage.!!! Highly recommend”

“My family had our Christmas family gathering on Christmas Eve and we were able to get our Trays of Foods from Bourbon St. Cafe!!! It was boudin, boudin balls, fried chicken bites and a fruit tray!!! EVERYTHING was soo delicious and we had PLENTY and some took some with them!!!! We wanted to enjoy our family time together and these finger foods were the perfect decision and we were so glad we chose Bourbon St. Cafe!!!! Please do not hesitate to get because it was really good!!!!!”
