Personally very disappointed with this bar and restaurant. Our server didn’t find actually serving to be an important part of her job. We ordered egg rolls and it took 40 mins to receive food and forget about a second drink. Our server was apparently on her lunch break during the 2 hours we were sitting and waiting.

Service was great! I ordered a mimosa before our flight. The waitress put a little orange juice and the rest champagne. It was so good. I had me a little buzz from 1 drink. My husband had an Old Fashioned and he said he only needed 1. Definitely recommend.

Denise is rude. She did not greet us, but in a brusque tone asked "Y'all eating?" Do note, I was not the only person bristled by her behavior.Not sure why she could not verify the difference between the classic and blackened burger ~insert hand gesture~ "I don't know, it's a burger. " At that point, she turned towards the TV, as if she were bored or annoyed that I asked a question. We will not stop here again, especially if Denise is the server. The food was average. Our burgers and fries were hot, but the brioche bun was ice cold. A fast food restaurant warms your bun, so I expected a $14.75 burger to have a warmed bun.A bad attitude wrecked the entire experience.

This place was near our departure gate so we decided to eat here before takeoff.Overall the food and drinks were decent. The seating was good and the ambiance was cool.The service was prompt, no major complaints.

Assume I sat at bar a shift change, ordered my drink twice but never came after 15 mins. Finally moved on. This was a first here.
Burgers came out cold, cheese not melted. One burger was missing bacon so the waitress went back to fetch it and never came back. Burgers were mediocre. Red beans and rice was actually pretty good. Fries were good. Expensive for what it was. Would not return.

Ok, you're at an airport, so the rules of the outside world do not apply. You think "I missed my chance to go to the Roosevelt Hotel and get a Sazerac". Well, the owners of the hotel have no more involvement in this airport bar than Emeril Lagasse does in the place with his name at MSY. Those folks are crying on a stack of money from licensing the name.How are the Sazeracs at MSY? Ok, not horrible, not great. They have some rye, some sugar, some bitters. Hard to mess that up. The service is slow and spotty because the servers don't work for the name that is on the door--they work for Delaware North or Sodexo. They don't care if your experience is subpar because they have you at their advantage.Anyway, safe travels and enjoy your $20 cocktail.
