“I would normally give 1 star because it usually is super slow, pull to the side, and food is sloppy/cold/ incorrect. BUT TODAY IS A DIFFERENT DAY. They didn't have anyone pull up! The food was FRESH and beautifully put together. The ladies were kind and on top of their game! They even remembered my zesty sauce for my onion rings! I don't know if they are under new management or new employees...but good job ladies!!! Totally different vibe. I've gone here hundreds of times as I've grown up in the chateau area. Definitely something different going on. Super impressed. Good job!“
“We drove there one morning to be greeted with signs saying they were closed due to system being down so we left. Went back the next morning and pulled up to drive thru screen that was blank and did not hear anyone so I pulled around to be greeted by a lady telling me she asked me twice at the screen which she may have but it was not coming through on my end or maybe the system was booting. She told me I had to go back around to the screen to order. I was a little puzzled by that but whatever I did not a big deal. Two of the three screens were on and was able to hear her this time. I proceeded with order and pulled up. She could not get the cash register to work for her so she became flustered and a young man came to rescue her. They asked me to pull up while they kept my card and I guess eventually they figured it out. I did not have to wait too long. I know fast food is hard work and employees are severely underpaid for what they go through. I hope the owner is making sure it’s employees are taken care of and compensated for their efforts.“
