“Enjoyed dinner with my partner this evening, 11/24. Our server Alice was exceptional. She was attentive, checking on us often, quick, efficient, etc.
Towards the end of my visit, a couple was seated next to us at another booth, giving me a front row experience to the ridiculous behavior that occurred for the entire duration I remained there (no more than 15 minutes).
From an insult about Alice using the handheld device provided by Olive Garden, to trying to explain how to “properly” pour a beer, these guests were dreadful. There were multiple comments from the gentleman that would’ve easily not been tolerated at other establishments. Luckily for the guests, they had a server who was calm, cool, and collected even under the circumstances.
You’re at Olive Garden, not a Michelin Star restaurant. Check your expectations, and treat others with respect.
I hope that the Management prioritizes the experience of their employees, and backs them up when they deal with this type of unnecessary behavior.

“Pho Sunrise offers a truly authentic menu. I have lived in Saigon and enjoyed Vietnamese Cuisine in many places. Pho Sunrise brings back wonderful memories like hopping on the motor bike with my wife and stopping for a delicious bowl of Pho while on the way to the market in Saigon. The family who owns and operates this restaurant is customer service oriented and very friendly. I am from Biloxi and working in Kenner for a few weeks. “Very fresh, and tasty food. We live nearby. No wait time, large portions, excellent service. My husband loves ginger dressing, and they let him buy a big container to take home. We had panko crab balls, chicken and shrimp hibachi, and steak teriakki with tempura veggies and shrimp“

“my girlfriend and i always order the chicken Pho [we order the same thing every week, unfortunately dong have pics of it becasue i just have to stuff my face] but yesterday i went pick up our food and before picking up i called. i placed my order and it was funny because she called me marie instead of my govn’t name. when i got there, the owner and i laughed because of the mixed names. got on the subject of her liking my tattoo and she started telling me how her tattoo on her back is for her son Michael. my heart shattered and i honestly had tears in my eyes because the way she spoke so beautiful about how this was his dream and she wanted to do this for him was truly beautiful. we got on another subject of why i LOVE this restaurant so much!! yall, they make this broth sun up to sun down so it’s fresh for you! i can have dreams about this pho because of how yummy it is!! everyone needs to go try it! the people who work there are very sweet! great atmosphere!“

“Chef Trevor is the kindest! The sushi is Amazing! I recently visited The restaurant for dinner after a long day of school my grandkids. And work myself. We were told by the hostess that there was an hour wait and that there was barely anywhere to sit so she advises that we could sit at the bar which we did the sushi bar that is. After waiting for some time Chef Trevor noticed that we were not being really engaged. He then asked me if the kids and I would like something to drink so what you said yes the hostess one of the waiters chef Trevor’s prompting, served us drinks as well as kept our cups filled Thank you! we were very grateful for the kindness that was bestowed upon us. The Hostess. After advising of the long wait, didn’t offer a drink of water nothing. Never engaged, never updated nothing. It was busy so I didn’t panic. We just waited. Been coming here with my family since before i could walk and it stands as one of our oldest traditions to have dinner or lunch here at least once a week. The staff are the absolute best! “We ordered online and our order was over 43.00. According to the website when you have an order for over 35.00 you get free fried dumplings. We picked up our order gave them a 50 dollar bill to include a tip and we did not receive the fried dumplings. The rest of the food was good and made to order, but don’t say you’re going to get an order of fried dumplings for free with orders of 35.00 or more if they aren’t going to honor that. When I called to mention this the person I spoke to was a little combative about it saying if it’s not on the ticket they won’t make it. Then you need to fix the problem bruh.“

“I never had an issue here with the service or the food. Once in a while I’ll get Chinese fry rice over and I’d choose here. I love that the rice is not greasy. It doesn’t give me stomach or chest burn. Taste just right not salty.
The things I see people complaining about is crazy. This is a small business. A fast Chinese food business. Please don’t go expecting fine dining quality. I saw one comment about chicken fry rice not having peas and carrots lol. Chinese fry rice does not normally comes with peas nor carrots. Panda Express has rice wiith peas which is a vegetable fry rice.“
