The location on Congress in Lafayette Louisiana is horrible. More than once I was told to pull around to the front to wait for my food, and they promptly forgot about me. Each time that happened there was no apology, only excuses. No explanation. The manager tonight told me she had only two people working with her, which was a lie. I could see more than two people working in there. She didn't give me anything extra to compensate for the wait. Won't be back there again.
