a letter to Sonic Customer Service
My wife and I went to your location at 4792 Johnston Street for a couple of small cups of ice cream. Despite an active mask mandate in this state due to a spectacular surge of covid cases, we only saw one worker, both inside and out, who was properly masked.
Most of them did not even bother to have it on their person, or even under their chins, which while ineffective would have at least obeyed the letter of the mandate.
