“My wife and I went to Popeyes on Lake Street at about 5:15 p.m., they had no customers in the lobby and 3 employees hanging around the front counter. We were not recognized at all! We waited for about 45 seconds and eye contact was finally made and still not greeted. One of the girls finally asked if they could take our order, I started to tell her that I wanted to order a 16 piece family meal and she literally walked away and didn't say a word! We immediately left and decided to go try Golden Chick. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by a polite young lady and a young man named Jacob. We found out that it was the young ladies first day and Jacob was training her, he explained everything on the menu to us that we asked about all while training her. I can't say enough about this young man. And his attention to the customers, we were very pleased with our experience in the food was fantastic. Definitely will be back and never going to Popeyes on lake street again..“

“Have been eating at the Lake Charles Arby's since they opened a few years back. Food is always great. Service has occasionally been not so great over the years.

I had an issue with service a couple of weeks ago and let the company know. I was contacted by the GM Ms Lydia, and she made it right.

“Good burgers. Were less expensive than the competition. I was surprised at how big, hearty and flavorful they were for what I payed. Their fries are famous for a reason. They did not disappoint. I gave them an all around 4 star rating based on disbelief. Surely they are not a perfect organization. I will be a regular customer and up them up a star based on performance, integrity, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.“

“The lady working today (forgot her name) was absolutely awesome. The pizza was great, bread sticks were perfectly cooked, chicken was standard fare. Lady was professional, friendly, welcoming, felt bad I could only tip $4 on takeout but she didn't point it out. Ordered by phone, and all of it was ready by time I got there 15 min later. Definitely recommend and will be back.“

“I frequently visit this Dairy Queen location and consistently enjoy the quality of your chicken tenders. However, during a recent drive-thru visit, I ordered the honey barbecue chicken tenders and encountered an issue with the cashier's demeanor. I was attempting to clarify my order, specifically regarding the inclusion of a beverage, as I understand it is not automatically part of the meal. The cashier's approach was, in my opinion, unprofessional. Consequently, I opted to place my order online and had my son collect it from the dining room.“
