“It's in a high traffic area but they only use one lane. The waste time for lunch are very long and coming in and leaving are a headache. It's good for a quick bite to eat but the change to a voice recognition software for orders leaves much to be desired.“

Everyone is top notch, out of maybe 2 years of coming here, the one mistake they had was accidentally grilling my double beef burrito...... which is an extremely happy accident and I'm going to try to find a way to have that happen from now on because that was the best thing I've ever had

“When I realized there was an Arby's in Lake Charles, I was overjoyed. We took a trip there today and it was fast food service incomparable. The place was immaculate, service quick, and the manager and assistant manager asked if I'd been served already. I had been. I was thoroughly satisfied with all even quality of food for cost spent. I would recommend to anybody. Don't forget to ring the bell on the way out! Delish?“

“I called Pizza hut with some questions and talked to Destiny. She was very helpful, nice and polite to me. And she was very patient with my questions. Talking to her made my day much brighter. She is a wonderful employee and person. My whole experience with her was a total pleasure. I will order Pizza Hut more often as long as she works there. She is a real asset. And any business would be lucky to have her as an employee. She should get a raise for going above and beyond just answering the phone but for making ordering Pizza hut a please.“

There was a young guy, Ladarius, working the window last time we went, and he looked happy to be at work. Super energetic and friendly. I hope good things come to him since he seemed to have a good work ethic from the brief interaction we had with him.“

“I went for early Sunday dinner this evening and both ladies were still working on my online order doing a great job! My order (6 subs) were done perfect and correctly. It was really nice to walk in, the place was very clean and stocked. BONUS - I saved $7.82 in deals and didn't realize till I got home and looked at the receipt! ?“

“My favorite Subway location as far as freshness quality. Never out of bread choices. Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but my bread was slightly burned on my sandwich. Other than that, my experience was a strong 4.5 stars.
Vegetarian options: Super fresh veggies. Ordering a salad would be perfect at this location.
Parking: Shared lot with other shops. Plenty of parking and rarely busy at dinner. Lunch is very busy at this location. I recommend using the app in advance to order lunch.“
“I don’t know this girls name but she had either blue or purple hair, whichever one is was pretty either way but that’s besides the point. Let me tell you this girl had everything lined up perfectly. The presentation of the vegetables were fresh and very neat. She deserves a raise or something. I have never been to a subway where the stuff inside the case looked so nice. Good job girl. Keep it up. Now I will not be going to any other Subway. Thank you for making my experience so great.“
