The customer saw a woman come out and speak to the drive-thru staff, but couldn't hear what was said. Later, after returning home, the customer called to check if everything was okay. The staff member explained that it was her who came out to talk. Despite an unfortunate event, the staff took the time to communicate with customers and even thanked the customer for checking on her. They insisted on taking care of the customer and showed appreciation. Even with this event, everyone remained friendly, had smiles, and worked quickly to serve fresh, hot food. The reviews highlight that being kind costs nothing, and staff are human, and things can happen. Customers appreciate the staff and the effort they put into their work.
