Subway in Lake Charles

“This is the only subway i go to for many reason's. Its always super clean and sanitary the food is fantastic and i get to see Ms. Arlene and Ms. Kathy which have both been a blessing to myself and my family as long as im in town im coming to this subway. ❤️ Love the people and the atmosphere.“

“I love this subway. The employee named Naomi always makes my sandwiches perfectly and without complaint or judgement (I’m very picky). I will say though the bathrooms were not the best, but I do not fault the employees. There’s this little thrift shop right next to the subway, that gets real busy, and I notice people love to come in and out of the subway to not get food but just use the bathroom. I hope this subway considers getting a key for there bathrooms, or implicates a “bathroom for customers only” rule. Other than that I love this subway and their employees.“

“I’m not sure what the kind ladies name was today, 6/11/26 but she did amazing! The best sandwich I’ve had in a while. Everything is fresh, tasty and perfect portions. All while working by herself during a lunch rush. This will be my go-to as long as she’s there. She absolutely deserves a raise!“

“I went in the store the other day and Mr Marquez was by himself due to some circumstances I can't recall. It was busy but he was calm yet efficient. Still cordial and smiling under pressure. Our sandwiches were perfect. Well done, Sir.“

“Aiden was FANTASTIC! I am a very picky eater. Aiden didn't make me feel bad about having my sandwich a certain way unlike other locations. He was very professional and polite the entire process. I will definitely start getting my sandwiches here instead of other locations. Professionalism goes a long way in my book. Thanks Aiden!!“

“Hello, I just have to get on here about subway on nelson!! I just wanted to say I had a great experience!! I made an account just to say this because I usually don't go to this subway, but the two ladies behind the counter this morning were so polite, welcomed me with a smile, and had a decent conversation with me!! 10/10 will go again“

“My 1st experience here 8/29/24 was terrible. The "top picks" Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich sounded delicious, so I ordered it via the app. I let them know I placed an online order & was waiting at 1 of their tables. They flagged me down right when they finished making my sandwich & I immediately drove over to the Golden Nugget. I was famished, so unfortunately, I inhaled the 1st half on the drive over - yuck, it was cold!! ? After I parked, I double-checked my receipt & it definitely showed "toasted" on it, but they definitely did not toast nor warm anything on my sandwich. It made my tummy off - I couldn't finish the rest of it, so I sadly threw the rest of the footlong away. ?

After my extremely disappointing sandwich, I provided my 1st Subway survey feedback. A couple of days later, I was surprised that I got an email from the owner. In order to try to rectify the mistake, she offered me a free replacement footlong. ❤️

I'm not a local, so I had to wait a bit to redeem the sandwich on my next Lake Charles road trip. Fast forward to 11/5/24 - I finally redeemed my free footlong. ? Instead of ordering something new/exciting, I just went with my traditional favorite, the meatball sub. Definitely hit the spot with the usual Subway deliciousness!! ?“

“The sandwich artist on this Sunday morning made the best sandwich ever! It was terrific. Loaded with veggies and delicious. Additionally, the location was super clean. The worker on this morning really cared, was friendly and kind. I wish all my Subway experiences were this great!!!“

“My family and I absolutely love this location !!!!! We live in Iowa and we pass every subway just to go to this location. Lakeyn and Emma are the most polite well mannered young ladies, always keeps a clean store and there veggies are always so pretty ... Thanks guys keep up the good work“

“We absolutely love this particular location and will pass several just to come to this one. The personnel are amazing, food is always fresh, and the wait time is never long. This location honors coupons and has a drive thru which is also great.“

“After trying 2 other Subways (all closed), this particular Subway was not only open, but exceptional in their service. Shout out to Devon & Quinn! We have 6 children and we could not have asked for more attentive and patient service. This was our first trip to Lake Charles and we will probably drive the extra distance to give this particular establishment our $$$. Well done! Thanks for making our short trip to Louisiana a wonderful set of memories.“

“WOW! I ordered on the app for the first time here and I was not disappointed. I don't normally have good experiences with ordering off the app at other places, my order gets messed up a lot. Yesterday, was different. My sandwich tasted fresh and it was made just as I requested. Then to top it off the manager, Regina was super friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to order again. Thank you for a great meal.“
