“A random Yelp search for good desserts in Covington led me here, and I will surely be back when I'm in Covington again. I came in to order a side and dessert to go, but the bartender Van was so charming that I decided to take and seat and eat my food at the bar. Based on my preferences he made me a delicious cucumber and strawberry mocktail with all the right mix-ins. The overall atmosphere was lovely and the bar is no less so. Definitely a good choice. Apparently, customers receive a complimentary meatball in marinara with a few slices of garlic bread. I decided that eating in the restaurant was the best idea at that point. Van was charming, as were his coworkers and one of the owners who checked in on me personally a few times. I ordered the crawfish macaroni, which was delicious but not to my preference in the end. He removed it from the bill and I ordered the crawfish-stuffed, twice-baked potato to go. At the end, I was delighted with the bananas foster bread pudding which was better than I had dreamed.“
