It was busy and I went straight through,service good.
It’s August 16, 2026 and whoever the fry cook was at this particular location in Marrero on expressway was on his game. He know what he doing. I can tell that he was stirring his batter mix when he drop his chicken, very flavorful. Someone needs to find out his name. He’s working a night shift. I came there around 7:30 PM. Man need a raise or something just to keep him around.
