“Pissed! I had to go inside because it took too long to say my order was ready. Got inside and bunch of bags was sitting behind the counter ready to be distributed. So I ask the lady at the register can she check on my order...after searching through some bags my food was located and given to me! 😒 the chicken sandwich and coleslaw was delicious and the lemonade was phenomenal. Service was poor!“
“I came to this Popeyes and the experience started negatively. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 minutes without no answer before I finally placed the mobile order and pulled around to the window and informed them that I was here for mobile pick up. They then ask me to pull forward And I was so annoyed at that point. 3 minutes later, a man walked up to my car, delivering my food and explained that their headsets, computers, and system systems were not up to standard and they have been in contact with people about this matter and nothing has been done. So please, if you are going to this location and experiencing the same problem, give them some grace, they are trying, and Mr. Popeye was very understanding and explained everything perfectly. I will be returning to this location due to the positive experience I had.“
“Over priced and order was messed up.. they usually are ok, but lately they've been having issues at this location.
UPDATE: wow it has definitely changed since I last visited. The night manager has such a vibrant attitude, she is sweet and very helpful she really was great and her workers were very nice as well. I love the change,even though the prices are quite high, just their energy alone made it a pleasant visit. 5⭐️“
