“Recently, we spent a month in Italy and didn’t find one pizza that matched what you can enjoy at Margot’s, it’s become our “ go to restaurant” when we want a phenomenal meal at a great price. And you MUST have the burrata appetizer - it’s astounding.

“We were on vacation for one of our kids wedding The hotel we were staying at is located just in front of the restaurant What an amazing find to have this kind of food and wonderful atmosphere right around the corner of the hotel in walking distance Less than 5 minutes Can’t say enough about the staff from the hostesses to the servers and the wonderful chefs The 1st time we sat at the bar to watch the food being made which helped with selection 2nd time we sat at a table because we knew what we wanted Overall experience with my family coming to the restaurant is you’re missing out on one of the best kept secrets Absolutely delicious and wonderful meal From start to finish My Family & I want to say thank you so much for taking care of us and making us feel at home“

“Who'da thunk it?! This little pizza shop in Algier's points looks pretty ordinary...no jazzy signs or red carpet type entrance...just a pizza place. Nope. Not just a pizzeria...Nighthawk is legit the best pizza I have ever had. Like, ever. And I've had a lot over the years at various places. We got the supreme and the pics don't do it justice. The crust is light and crispy. The sauce is simple and not overwhelming. The cheese to topping ratio is perfection. The supreme has pickled peppers on it and lemme tell ya...game. changer. My sister got the margherita which looks amazing as well but I'm not a basil lover. I stopped to tell the chef (yes, that man is a chef!) how amazing his creation was. We visit here often and this will be on my list!“

In town for the first weekend of the 2025 New Orleans Jazz Festival, and after spending the morning and afternoon at the Festival I walked through Frenchmen Street (a few blocks from the French Market streetcar stop). The bar had just opened (it was around 6 p.m.) and the house band was tuning up when I walked past, as they covered the Allman Brothers’ Band’s You Don’t Love Me. Couldn’t pass that by, so I got an Abita and listened to the band for a few minutes.
Awesome atmosphere, excellent sound system, and a very talented band. Bar staff was very cool, as was the selection of bar goods. Open air location, in the heart of Frenchmen Street – excellent vibe. Laissez les bons temps rouler!“

“I grew up in the Parish and Ben's was a top contender in the lunch and or dinner time line up. Their pizza is good, the muffaletta is good, my all time favorite is the potato poboy with gravy on the side.
We work in New Orleans East and made the trip for a group lunch time order. I haven't eaten from there in years and let me tell ya they did not disappoint. The food was just as I remember it. Quality, delicious, they got us in and out. The hospitality was on point. Thank y'all for doing what y'all do best. Keep up the great work A+“

“OMG!!! I came to this place on a whim this morning. This is the best food I have had from a cafe joint in a very long time. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with a Salad and it was DIVINE! Well cooked, nicely seasoned. A pleasant Saturday surprised. I highly recommend this small cafe on St. Claude, located a block from Fredrick Douglass High School. Oh, and the vibes are heavenly.
Parking: It was a Saturday at lunch time. Plenty parking, no problem.“

“Great food, awesome and friendly service, even on re-opening days after they were closed due to renovation. The staff were extremely friendly and food was prepared fast. We went during the second day of re-opening and it was packed, but service was fast and food was ready 15-20min after ordering. Super impressed with the service and time spent. If anything were to be improved, it would be to please bring back the daiquiris! Other than that, will definitely be returning for our pizza and wings fix!“

“After getting into town late and checking into my hotel(Hampton Inn directly behind the restaurant), I realized how hungry I was. It was relatively late for dinner but I checked out Ditali's menu, saw that they were still open and decided to order the Calzone. I ordered online without any issues. Maaann....was I in for surprise. One of the legit best meals I've had in a long time! The portions are huge and the marinara was excellent! The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when I picked up! I will most certainly be recommending and dining with Ditali's again!“

“alright... this place is better than domino's and better than pizza hut and I'm bored of papa John's but this place is at least comparable with them but a closer style of pizza with pizza hut... their vegetarian is really good... the ingredients taste individual not just a cheesy chew, but at no fault of the store, that Batman thing? that "calzony"? that's the dummest frickin thing i ever looked at... tasted like a third of a pizza and two bread sticks, and my local place? they cooked it f'real really awesome, stupidest idea ever!“

“I visit this location often, and I love it when I walk in the manager (I don't know her name but she work the day shift) acknowledges me and knows exactly what I want without me saying one word. If someone else is working the register she explains my order to them. She knows exactly how I love my chicken wings half bbq sauce and buffalo sauce.“

“Not much has changed since the last review. They don't answer the phone. food is great. I love there poor boys. Upon hiring they need to do a test run to see if they understand that when a phone rings. It needs to be answered. Business owners invest money to build a business.“
