“The young men and women who work at the Starbucks, care the most professional, kind knowledgeable staff I have seen at Starbucks!! It has become a daily part of my morning routine to get my coffee and chitchat with these young adults who are Like children to me. I wish all Starbucks would like them!!“

“The line was so long and the wait took a bit long but once I got to the window to receive my order and pay they told me it was all free due to the long wait time and inconvenience. Usually that never happens at places. I was shocked 😲 but happy they noticed and did that. Great job on getting your customers to keep coming back Starbucks on veterans 👏...“

“These guys were amazing. The entire team was very kind and when I was in the drive-through line, they basically told me you know that I was helping them because they were having a hard day you know and I told them the same thing and I appreciate you guys for that so thank you and happy Thanksgiving from someone who has fought wars that people have never even dreamed of these guys they made me feel human they made me feel seen and most of all they told me how much they were thankful for me. They showed their gratitude just because I was being silly with them and I was making them laugh and it made my day and they told me it made their day. I do receive good service and am accustomed to it but I wanted to acknowledge that genuine engagement is so important to those starting our day off. Jae was so professional, quick and friendly.
