“It's Starbucks let's face it the only reason you go here is to get smacked around by the goddess of caffeine. It's clean they have highly caffeinated beverages and the music doesn't always make you question your sanity. But is it somewhere I want to scream on the top of a mountain about no.“
“I came in at 815 tonight when the shop was 15 minutes from closing. The team was cleaning up and I was prepared to hear that it was too late to order or that they were going to rush me out. That was not the experience at all. Isaiah helped me and he couldn't be more kind and attentive. He recommended a Gingerbread Chai and offered to swap the drink I had originally ordered for it when I showed interest. He is truly and asset to your company!“
“As someone living with a disability, come to the location I have always felt accepted and seen. The staff really does do a great job being very accommodating and at times really go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Huge shout out to Colin for being so kind to me and my other Disabled friend. So incredibly patient, helpful, and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: The bottom at this location is very very accessible, and all of the employees seem to really care to make it easy for anyone with mobility issues.“

“This is a busy Starbucks even before 7am. The staff was kind and used to the hustle and bustle. They have a great system for pick up orders- parking seems to be available all around with street parking and there are a few spots specifically for SB around the building.“

“This StarBucks deserves 5 stars. The restaurant is Clean the Service is amazing and the customers/staff are really chill. I had to take THREE return trips here to see if it was just that day I came by. It wasn’t they really have employees that enjoy their jobs making all of the customers feel comfortable here. The food is fresh not stiff. The drinks hot and cold drinks are cold. This STARBUCKS is my spot.“
“I went here 2 times and had positive experiences. I got the new decaf lavender oat milk drink and a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Both were delicious and satisfied my coffee craving. I did however go in on my birthday and ask about the birthday coffee drink and was told they don’t do that here which was extremely disappointing.Dietary restrictions: They have alternative milks for people with dairy allergies for a up charge.“
“So, in a post-pandemic era, a lot of Starbucks locations are horrendously messy, have no tables or chairs and the staff doesn't care anymore. This was the epitome of opposite. This was the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks I've been to in the last 3 years. There was even napkins and a fully stocked drink enhancement area. Kudos to the team at this location.“
“I visited this Starbucks while staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Orleans. It was very convenient to have a coffee shop right in the lobby, especially in the morning.The staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh.The place was pretty clean and cozy, with plenty of seating and free wifi.The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but that's expected for a hotel Starbucks. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and easy caffeine fix.“
