“This Starbucks is hands-down one of the best! The drive-thru is incredibly fast, even during busy times, and the baristas are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about great service. On top of that, the coffee is consistently great. My breakfast is always hot and I love that I can get it any time of the day. They always have what I am looking for and even fun new food items. There is plenty of parking and even a cool mutual by a local artist in the drive thru. This location really sets the standard! ☕️🙌“

“I visited this Starbucks while staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Orleans. It was very convenient to have a coffee shop right in the lobby, especially in the morning.The staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh.The place was pretty clean and cozy, with plenty of seating and free wifi.The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but that's expected for a hotel Starbucks. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and easy caffeine fix.“

“I stopped by the other day prepared for a rude experience, because I know my drink is a pain in the butt with my dietary restrictions, but Lennox handled it like a coffee architect.

He was exceedingly patient while I explained my substitutions and restrictions, and he took the time to double check everything to make sure it aligned with my needs. No sigh, no groans, just professional flexibility and appreciated patience. He even offered me suggestions to improve the beverage while still catering to my restrictions! Literally a Michelin star experience.

The drink. was. PERFECT. Everything about it was exactly as I wanted, and his suggestions really made a difference. If you're getting a coffee in New Orleans, Lennox is your guy. Starbucks is lucky to have a chemist like him behind the counter.“

“I've been wanting to go in there because the building looks so cool from the outside. It was a really warm day but sitting on the balcony would be really fun another time. They have plenty of seating upstairs that's specifically designed for working/studying, which is nice. Service was great. My oatmilk latte was just the way I like it, and that's the beauty of a chain, I suppose.“

“I am a huge Starbucks fan. I have been to all of the locations on the westbank and this location has always had something different. There was never anything tense when my children might have yelled at the other and I have had zero backup and had to get after them to settle down until we left. They have always helped with my sugar limitations. (And the new menu EXPLOSION! Uhh HELLO!) Thank YOU STARBUCKS. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN WANTING and it’s a total game changer. You can customize your drink about 100 different ways.

Pro Tip:
If you’re in the mood for something but not sure what. Tell them what you’re kind of feeling and they will walk you through sometimes one of their favorite drinks or an idea that you came with. But as long as you let them do their thing. It ALWAYS turns out magical.“

“I ordered the Protein matcha and sausage egg cheese muffin. The match wasn’t as imagined and Gabby must’ve noticed my reaction to sipping it. She asked if I was ok with it. I expressed I didn’t like it. It was quite frothy (assumingly because of the protein milk). She then said she would remake it with oat milk.. and I walked away very happy. I work 5 mins away and visit Rouses often. This Starbucks will now be my location to go because of Gabby. Thank you for noticing and creating a happy customer. 5 stars to you!“

“I would like the owner and management of this establishment to know that one of their Baristas by the name of Chennai(in likely spelling that wrong) is the sole reason that I choose this location over others. She is a very kind and beautiful woman and she's always very sweet to me and my service dog when we come in and very helpful and I want the management to know about that. Her customer service is beyond 5 stars in my opinion. But I have also grown to greatly look forward to seeing her in the mornings. She is a truly marvelous lady.“

“what can I say it's a Starbucks they're great consistent all the time very nice service I'm from Texas and I wasn't sure if it was just a Texas thing but here in New Orleans the servers were great and friendly they didn't have the caramel brulee anymore because it's seasonal but I told her to meet me whatever she thought might taste good that's kind of like it and she did a great job.“
