“I stopped by the other day prepared for a rude experience, because I know my drink is a pain in the butt with my dietary restrictions, but Lennox handled it like a coffee architect.
He was exceedingly patient while I explained my substitutions and restrictions, and he took the time to double check everything to make sure it aligned with my needs. No sigh, no groans, just professional flexibility and appreciated patience. He even offered me suggestions to improve the beverage while still catering to my restrictions! Literally a Michelin star experience.
The drink. was. PERFECT. Everything about it was exactly as I wanted, and his suggestions really made a difference. If you're getting a coffee in New Orleans, Lennox is your guy. Starbucks is lucky to have a chemist like him behind the counter.“

“Emporers Clouds and mist, 3 bags + stevia. I generally enjoy tea over coffee. The sigis vanilla is good too, they just didn't have any spoons. The cold pressed juice and chewy bars were also good.
This is off Claiborne, so its not too hard to find“
“It was refreshing to visit a Starbucks that was clearly being run well. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of their customers.
I did run into a small issue with my order, but what impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the team handled it. There was no hesitation, no excuses, just great customer service and a genuine desire to make things right. That's exactly what you hope to see from a brand like Starbucks.

“This place has been around for decades. I decided to come here out of nostalgia. I ordered a trenta green . This stores sells blueberries so I ordered those. I ordered a ginger super shot and a dark chocolate and peanut butter perfect bar. Overall good.“
“I ordered one of these slices of cake and it comes in a clear plastic wrap and when they give it to you, they give it to you in a paper bag, it doesn’t make any sense that they take it out because I asked the girl I need to get out of the plastic because I don’t have no nutrition values on the paper didn’t have nutrition value so make it make sense“
“In regard to Tracy Davis' review, I too, was at this Starbucks location during this time. She only has written this review because she was unhappy with the time that she waited (which was not that long). Each of the staff, including the manager, was pleasant and extremely accommodating, especially toward Tracy, as she only huffed and puffed with her nasty attitude that was felt throughout the cafe. She made everyone feel extremely uncomfortable. This Starbucks is the best, as they all work together to create a positive experience. I'm unsure where she thinks she is, but this is a family friendly, positive location.“
“I ordered the Protein matcha and sausage egg cheese muffin. The match wasn’t as imagined and Gabby must’ve noticed my reaction to sipping it. She asked if I was ok with it. I expressed I didn’t like it. It was quite frothy (assumingly because of the protein milk). She then said she would remake it with oat milk.. and I walked away very happy. I work 5 mins away and visit Rouses often. This Starbucks will now be my location to go because of Gabby. Thank you for noticing and creating a happy customer. 5 stars to you!“
“We were staying in the Marriott Hotel on the other side of Canal Street but used this Starbucks in the Sheraton Hotel when we wanted our shots of Starbucks coffee. The staff were very friendly and chatty and the coffee was up to the usual good Starbucks standard. (Had to include the terrier dog decorations in the hotel just outside the Starbucks outle because, while we were on holiday, we had had to leave our little terrier in England so it was nice to see her he ere.)“
“what can I say it's a Starbucks they're great consistent all the time very nice service I'm from Texas and I wasn't sure if it was just a Texas thing but here in New Orleans the servers were great and friendly they didn't have the caramel brulee anymore because it's seasonal but I told her to meet me whatever she thought might taste good that's kind of like it and she did a great job.“

“Last month I was touring New Orleans with other veterans. It was already extremely hot and humid outside as we were waiting out in the heat for our bus. Went inside and the staff were very nice and gave me a free iced cup of water. Nicest people I've met very hospitable!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot to escape this heatwave. 🙏❤“
“I visited this Starbucks while staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Orleans. It was very convenient to have a coffee shop right in the lobby, especially in the morning.The staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh.The place was pretty clean and cozy, with plenty of seating and free wifi.The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but that's expected for a hotel Starbucks. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and easy caffeine fix.“
