“20240327 I called before coming to pick up a Louisiana Been There mug. The young lady who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. Getting to this location was not easy, not just because of traffic, unless you are making a right turn into the Starbucks parking lot, it is impossible to left left. I took the risk of driving on the other side of the road in order to make the left turn. Fortunately, the other drivers were so nice and didn't honk. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 separate baristas. I was immediately helped. The baristas at this location are amazing! Especially since I stopped in a Starbucks in Mississippi hours before and they didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Thank you for making me well so welcome!"“
“This is like no Starbucks you have ever been to.it is very different indeed, and not due to the coffee they all serve but the friendly charismatic helpful people that staff it. At least on the weekday mornings as that's when I go. If they can help you in any way they surely will all the way to helping you push your truck out of the drive thru when It wouldn't start. And we're just as happy as they could be to help there was nothing rude or aggravated as many would have been no they mustered up the team and helped you want to know how far this place goes to deliver you your coffee with a smile on their face above and beyond you got you a good one here Starbucks“
“The ultimate of chains, I have the app and the first time I ordered to pick up, in the drive-thru, they messed up. I didn't go back as I was on my way to an appointment. The next time, I checked and they had done the same thing, have it back and they corrected. After that no issues. Staff (kids) are always friendly and the app makes it easy no matter where I travel.“
