“In my opinion, this is probably the best Starbucks in Baton Rouge. I really like the atmosphere of this location, and the service is overall great. I never had a problem with this Starbucks. Surprisingly I can not even find a minor thing to complain about, definitely a recommend.“
“Kindest people at this STARBUCKS - I have never had a bad experience at this location. Great customer service! When they make a mistake, they own it and make it right! I must say that I treat them the way I want to be treated and I get it back. We shouldn't expect great customer service if we aren't great customers! “Its Starbucks of course it's wonderful what could I say. The cozy atmosphere the free Wi-Fi you can do your studies and get great tasting fresh coffee I also got me a piece of lemon cake which was so soft it did not need to be wormed and it was super tasty but not too sweet. Everything was awesome and it's right down the street from my job so I visited every day ???“
“As usual the area was great. Not too crowded even being in LSU campus area. Clean, kind employees. Service and food is great.Parking: It was located behind the Starbucks but it was easy to park.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but again it's behind the building where the Starbucks is located.“

I didn't see any Louisiana Been There Mugs. Traffic was horrible getting in and out of the parking lot. Recommend walking if you can.“
“So there’s this lady there by the name of Cat I believe. And let me just tell you, sis is a BARISTA for real!! Some people just work at Starbucks but she’s GOT IT! I work across the street and every time I come in she greets me with a smile and gives exceptional service. & Why is everything that she recommends so good???? I hope she stays here forever. “Today 6/16/22 my sister & I went thru the drive thru , It was a nice guy who asked how can he help us so I ordered the tea for my sister a& I asked a question about the coffee & which one had the least calories ! Well then I was greeted with a girls voice saying real loud and dire so til "we don't do calories so I then asked which coffee is better she snapped at me at that point I was upset ! I said why are you being so nasty , she then said I'm the supervisor !!! Then she said I can refuse to serve you - I was shocked at this persons horrible attitude ! I have a business 20 years & never ever treated a customer this way ! She needs to be fired ! I bought coffee everyday from Starbucks - never again ! They also do not wear gloves but touch the tops of the plastic containers - Germs No Stars I could not post this without giving a star - this is so crooked“

“I’ve been using their pharmacy for over 25 years now. That’s the only reason I don’t shop for groceries at Calvin’s instead. The pharmacy staff is outstanding. They work hard to get my prescriptions filled quickly . The pharmacists, Denise and Chris are always friendly and polite. They take a good deal of time answering any questions and never rush me. Dealing with regular pharmacists who have been in the same place for years and know me and my medications is invaluable.“
“I come to this location literally EVERY day before I go into work. All of your employees have great customer service and are always so helpful. But your girl Julie deserves a raise. She always takes care of me. She has such a positive attitude and is so caring. You can definitely tell that she loves her job and she loves her guest as well. I couldn’t ask for better service. “Great spot to get some work done while my son is in tutoring at studyville close by. Great coffee, very clean and the service was exceptional. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 on atmosphere is bc of how cold it was. I joked with the barista that I was the only one in there and everyone else was getting theirs to go bc of how cold it was. She said it's hard to keep a good temp bc its hot with the machines running, which I 100% get, but burrrrr!I'll definitely be back and it's not a huge deal, but a push up of a degree or 2 would be amazing. Lol...Overall VERY pleased!“
“I love the location of this Starbucks, but I have how they changed the seating from super comfortable to uncomfortable. I used to be able to sit back and relax there (Pre-Covid) and now, my back hurts after seating there more than 20 minutes.“
“I typically don't drink coffee; so I had no reason to go to Starbucks. However, I was conducting an interview and Starbucks seemed to be a great and relaxed pace to hold the interview to alleviate anxiety of the potential employees. I ordered the pineapple refresher and a slice of lemon cake and I was floored by how moist and delicious the cake was. The refresher was exactly that...refreshing, not too sweet and had pineapple bits in it for more pineapple flavor. It was delightful! I am now a new Starbucks customer!“
