They never get my order correct... Charge me for something other than what I order even though I mention very clearly... Only come here for convenience... They really need to improve the staff training... Wish it was an actual Starbucks affiliated Cafe atleast service would be better.
Located in the food court of Loyola University. It's pretty busy since most students get their coffee here. Can't use your Starbucks app to avail offers like happy hour deals. You can only get purchase stars.

It's convenient if you're on campus and has very fast service but it's more expensive than a Starbucks off campus and doesn't allow you to use your stars for the Starbucks rewards program or participate in the Starbucks happy hour. It may be the most convenient place but it is definitely not the best option.
