Do not waste your time or money at the Chicj-Fil-A Pecanland Mall. Go ahead and spend the extra time driving across the river to West Monroe. You will be thankful you did. You can probably make it there and back quicker than you can get your order placed and get your food at this restaurant.
First time this ever happened at a chick fil a in Pecanland mall and last.
Was there Saturday with my 2 children arguing in line about what to eat as they were pulling away. When courteous lil guy came to get our order a very rude female proceeded to tell me I needed to get at the back of the line cause I had js walked up. This is thr 3rd time in a row you’ve messed up
My order and tonight I spent 45.00. Had to come back. Meanwhile my dinner is cold. No reason I should have to look through my bag when you have 20 people on tonight’s staff. Y’all have a long way to go to catch up with your colleagues across the River.
